I purchased a used 2018 Subaru, as a replacement for my company car (same model but 2 years newer).. From the start, the suspension was not what I expected, and after 3 visits to check out the very rough company car (same model but 2 years newer).. From the start, the suspension was not what I expected, and after 3 visits to check out the very rough ride and sound, I was repeatably told that it was normal, since there were no leaks or cuts to warrant replacing parts. I have never had a car with this ride before. My comment is party about the dealership since they could not find a way to improve the ride, and also with Subaru which should not allow such performance. The 2020 outback I had for a short time did not perform this way, or I would never have chosen it. There is another issue, the radio and GPS system are not working as expected. I had the navigation system checked on a previous visit, and was told it had been updated, but there was no change , and the radio comes on at full volume at random. The GPS still can not find addresses and streets that have been in use for more than 5 years. On this visit I was told that there was a bad component, but was not told when it could be replaced, and if the warranty I purchased would cover it More
