My service advisor was very nice, informative and helpful. She knew what needed to be done and advised me on upcoming issues that need to be addressed during my next scheduled maintenance. We are a Subaru family. We finally found a great place to service our cars -- a CrossTrek hybrid and our Solterra EV. For the CrossTrek, he made sure we had a loaner car while they tried to figure out the AC problem (which other shops couldn't figure out.) Kendall was fantastic! She called my out-of-state dealer that I leased my Crosstrek from to see if they would honor a prepaid check-up that had just expired. Not the cheapest auto service facility in town; but the technicians and service reps are trained to a high level. I have not yet had to return a Subaru to the service dept because a repair or routine servi technicians and service reps are trained to a high level. I have not yet had to return a Subaru to the service dept because a repair or routine service was flubbed. I presently own two Subaru's and the Subaru that preceded these saved my neck twice. You can buy a more expensive automobile, but Subaru is the best quality for the money. More
