John Reilly, my Service Advisor, is extremely customer focused and personable and goes out of his way to do things right. We just purchased a new Ascent and the sales process from start to finish was outstanding. Melinda was our salesperson and she did a great job. Dan Greco handled the paperwork and he too did an outstanding job. I recommend Suburu North Orlando highly. More

My vehicle had 14k miles and Service Manager advised 30k service. Kelly just told me the list that needs to be done and I asked why, the response was - Up to you if you want those services or not. That’s a bad advice from a service advisor telling the client its up to him. I was looking for an explanation why we needed those services. Fast forward to picking up my vehicle, no explanation what they did just showed me the paper work and asked to pay. Apparently they did car wash but the dead bug on my windshield was still there. They offered to have washed again but i declined. My expectation was to get quality service but was really disappointed. I have my other vehicles serviced at Mercedes North Orlando and really a big difference in how customers and handled by the service manager. May have an opportunity to retrain customer relations with this service advisor to remind that customers prefer to be treated with importance and them providing explanation and guidance on the whole process. More
