My husband and I have purchased many vehicles in our 70+ years but NEVER has the experience been so pleasant. She was so courteous and professional and never once was there any "high pressure" involved. She took us for a great test ride and, of course, we were sold immediately on the many new and improved features of the Outback. We have never dealt with anyone more knowledgeable about vehicles - who ever said women can't sell cars??? After much deliberation, we decided to purchase the 2010 Outback and then we began the dreaded "dealing" procedure. We told her what we could afford and then we met with Joe Anglada, the Sales Manager. Much to our surprise, this was also a pleasant experience. It was getting late in the afternoon and our home is almost 30 miles from the dealership. Since our new car had to be detailed, we left in our 2001 Subaru and - here is the great pat - Dianne DELIVERED our new 2010 Outback to our home the next day!!! What service! She spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features again and even programmed our garage door opener. On a scale of 1 to 10, we can truthfully give Dianne a 15!! Her professionalism, courtesy, personality and attention to detail and satisfying our needs cannot be beat. We would not hesitate to recommend Dianne and Mastro. By the way, our new 2010 Outback is a dream! More

Since we tend to keep our vehicles for many years we wanted to make sure we would have one that was reliable and comfortable and the Forester fits our needs perfectly and we're so pleased with it. Alyssa Foley was our sales person and we immediately felt very comfortable working with her. We made several trips to look at and test drive the Forester and Alyssa was very helpful in answering all the questions we had about it. I can't say enough about how working with Alyssa was such a pleasure. We also had the pleasure of working with Joe Anglada the Sales Manager. There were never any hard sell tactics used by either Alyssa or Joe at any time, just courteous and friendly encounters. In fact, every time we visited Mastro we were met by a friendly sales person who promptly inquired as to how they could help us. We believe Mastro is a top notch car dealership and thank them for making this a very pleasant experience for us. More
I was interested in purchasing a Subaru Impreza WRX, and I contacted Mastro Subaru of Sanford through my insurance company's car pricing website. Joe responded the same day and gave me full details on what my price would be, and how long it would take to get my car. The next day I ordered my WRX through Mastro Subaru of Sanford. After the car shipped in I was contacted by Dianne who would be my sales person. She took care of the details of making sure the car was in order and properly detailed. I arrived at approximately 2:30pm and by 4:00pm I had test driven my car with Christine, signed all my paperwork with Nick, and had all of the ownership material explained to me. Mastro was quick, friendly, courteous, and classy through the whole experience with me, and their price was quite acceptable. I'd recommend them to ANYONE who is in their area and is in the market for one of the AWESOME cars Subaru offers. More
This was one of the best experiences we had associated with purchasing the car. Everything was done over the Internet ahead of time. My husband and I were in the market for a small, fuel efficient SUV and had visited numerous dealerships and done vast amounts of on-line research. One of my friends had owned 3 Suburus so my husband and I decided to see why Suburu was so special to her. It took only a few minutes at Mastro Imports to discover what my friend had known all along. Suburu is absolutely awesome! And Christine Mallon was the best - no pressure, totally knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I completely enjoyed our purchasing experience thanks to her and Joe Anglada, the sales manager. More
If you ask me about Mastro Subaru I am going to tell you very simply they are the; 5 Star, top of their class, Best in Class, a Stellar performer and I would rate them as The Dealer of The Year. Over the past 34 years I have bought 16 new vehicles of several different brands and from different dealerships but this was my first Subaru and my first experience with Mastro Subaru in Sanford Fl and no one has ever come close to the professionalism that I received and the great feeling that I made the right decision to purchase a vehicle from Mastro Subaru. I was looking for a vehicle that I could use every day for work putting on about 24,000 miles a year, have comfort, good gas mileage and reliable. I went to a local Honda dealer a corporate dealership that sells many different brands and I have bought from this corporate company before and visited them 4 times over a 2 week time frame told them what I was interested in gave them my info my business card with my phone number on it and they told me the car I wanted was coming in next week. I talked to 3 different sales people because every time I went back the last sales person I talked to was not in, and now it’s over a month and no one has ever called me back, sure glad I did not buy there. I also visited several other dealerships of other brands and for the most part the sales people and sale mgrs were trying high pressure, got to buy today deals and not listening to my needs. Ok enough about other dealerships and back to Mastro Subaru. When I went to Mastro I thought I was going to get the same type of sales service that I was getting from other dealerships in today’s economy. To my surprise this dealership was just the opposite, they actually listened to my needs, no high pressure techniques or the feeling that I have to buy on my first visit. My sales person was Nanci Dicarlantonio and by far she was the best sales person or I should say product specialist that I have ever dealt with, she is truly a stellar performer and in my opinion Mastro Imports is lucky to have her on their side. Nanci is not the only stellar performer at this dealership, Joe the sales mgr was great he also listened to my needs and took the time to work with me not like other dealerships were the sales mgrs just come over sometimes and say your sales person got you a good deal you should be happy and sometimes they just stay behind there glass enclosed office and say nothing, again I think Mastro is lucky to have Joe on their side. Ok I know that this is long but I must also tell you that when I purchased my new Outback I had Nanci order some extras to be installed before I took delivery and that was another great experience, Nanci followed thru and made sure everything was delivered as promised. The service and parts departments were great I know it sounds like I am saying the same thing over and over, but it's true they were happy and friendly people and great to deal with, they even called me days after I took delivery to make sure that I was enjoying the extras I had them install and to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I know I won’t think twice about going back to them when service is needed, they were just great to deal with. In conclusion if you’re looking for a dealership that takes an interest in you and you are not just another sales number then go to Mastro Imports. Tom More

I am in my mid-60's & this is the first & only great experience I've ever had buying a car. I sent emails thru 3 Subaru dealers' websites & Diane Greenlaw is the only salesperson who answered my email promptly & responded to the questions I asked - the others sent form replies. Diane was both extremely personable & extremely professional plus being extremely knowledgable about the product. She actually seemed to care about seeing that we got what we wanted, & worked with me & my husband to get us the best deal on our trade-in. Each time I've taken the car in for service, she's made a point of coming in to visit & to make sure we're still happy with our car & not having any problems. Working with the service department has also been a joy. The whole Mastro experience has been a joy & I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them - & especially from Diane. More

In addition, in all our visits at the dealership she was always willing to answer all questions and concerns. And she did all this with a great sense of humor making the entire research, decision making and purchase very pleasant indeed. The other people involved in the sale were very professional as well. When shopping at Mastro look for Nanci, she will make your buying experience great. More
Maestro provided absolutely the best Subaru dealer service department experience I have enjoyed since purchasing my 2000 Forester 10 years ago. With the exception of oil change and tire replacement, service department experience I have enjoyed since purchasing my 2000 Forester 10 years ago. With the exception of oil change and tire replacement, the car has always been Subaru dealer maintined. Jay patiently showed and explained to me the condition of the brakes and required brake repair work. Maintained the repair quote even though additional parts were required. Reconnected the cruise control function which the mechanic at another Subaru dealer here in FL had neglected to do when the rear axle and struts were replaced. Car was originally purchased at another Suburu dealer in NJ not far from Subaru's US headquarters. First dealer in my experience to offer a FREE current model year Legacy loaner vehicle while waiting for parts to arrive. Yes, I will recommend this servce department to a couple of Honda owners I know who are not happy with their local dealership's service dept. Yes, I will definitely come back for additional service as required and a replacement vehicle when the car body has told me "Its time". THANK YOU!!! More
