This is one of my first major purchases in about 4 years and I was a bit apprehensive.Even though Steve Mastro was a friend of a friend, It was DIANNE GREENLAW who was with me from the beginning to the end and I was a bit apprehensive.Even though Steve Mastro was a friend of a friend, It was DIANNE GREENLAW who was with me from the beginning to the end of this wonderful endevour. She made the service experience excellent and went above and beyond, with excellent customer service. Dianne has made me a loyal Subaru owner for life, and I know I will enjoy my new WRX. I have always wanted this car and it was made possible due to the efforts of Dianne Greenlaw and the members of the team at Mastro Subaru of Orlando. I have already told all my associates about the dealership and informed everyone connected to my Social Network of the great experience that I had. Dianne was very patient with me because I did have concerns, but with every concern she gave me the best possible solution, I think, that was available. My Fiance and I are talking about buying a car for her now because we had such a fun and exciting time. I think the OUTBACK is the next vehicle we will be purchasing with Dianne definately executing the deal. In June 2010 I purchased a 2010 Subaru Impreza 2.5i. My salesperson at the time was Emily, she was very helpful and made my experience purchasing the car a nice one. For the 14 years i have had driver license and have been driving cars, Dianne Greenlaw at Mastro Subaru gave me the best custommer experience and best demonstration test drive. I have my entire life driven Toyota, but after trying my aunts Subaru Outback, and following been reading about the impreza WRX, i decieded it was time to try new fields. I visited mastro subaru on a gray and boring raining day. The first one to meet was Dianne Greenlaw. The first hand impression was great. Dianna was young of heart, open minded, and explained me about what kind of car a subaru was. It was clewarly from the beginning that Dianne knew what she was talking about. Unfortuanly Dianna did not have the impreza home that day, but offered me a test drive in the outback, just so i could get a good feeling what a subaru could do. we get in the car, and the first thing dianna says is "lets go find some mud". awesome!!! as we are driving Dianna ask me to try multiple things to demonstrate the cars capabilities. among them is fast accelerating in standing water, hard braking in standing water, abrubt steering wheel change in standing water/wet road. We find a field with a big retention pond and a steep ditch. she asked me to drive along the ditch, and let the wheels go a little down the ditch, i was a little afraid that the test drive would end here, and AAA had to come and pull us out. half way down the ditch, dianna grabbed the wheel from the passenger side, and steered the car 3/4 down the side of the wet and muddy ditch, just to show me what a subary could to, and we came right back up again.... impressive. we decided to drive a little longer, to find another good field. at no time did i feel the usually rush to get back to the dealer ship and sign the papers. Dianna had plenty of time, and was a awesome co driver. we found anothyer retention pond, and was now driving on muddy sides, sloping hils, stopping and starting, fast turns...and alot more to demonstrate what the car could do. It was very clear for me that Dianna was very professional, and knew the limitations of the car. all done with a awesome testdrive, we were heading back to the dealer ship. Dianna offered to get an impreza from Tampa shipped over. Unfortuanly i got offered a job overseas in Qatar, and could not by a car from Mastro and dianna. However, i did buy a Subaru Forester in Qatar, and all thanks go to Dianna to be able to talk a stubborn Toyota guy like me in to changing brand, have forever seemed impossible. I bought my 3rd Subaru Forester on Jul. 30th. My 2005 Forester was declared a total lost in an accident on I95. Having made a decision to stick with another Subaru, Dianne took me on a test drive in a Outback and a Forester. It was the most fun test drive that I've ever been on. If anyone has ever gone on a test drive with Dianne, they know that it was the thrill of a lifetime. There is nothing she doesn't know about the Subaru product. Diane's no pressure sales technique was the key to my decision to get the Forester. Having made that decision, it was now up to Joe, the sales manager, to seal the deal with what I negotiated for. Kelly Johnson, Jason Lance,Jay and the entire service dept have also been fabulous. I never had to worry if they were doing a good job with servicing my 2005, and now I know there will be no worries with the 2010, when it comes time for servicing. Kudos to Mastro for having such delicated people working for them. They are more than just sales and service people, they are family. More

Having dealt with one of the most horrific car leasing experiences at Universal Hyundai in Orlando three years ago, my wife and I yearned to do business with an honest, reputable, knowledgeable and welcom experiences at Universal Hyundai in Orlando three years ago, my wife and I yearned to do business with an honest, reputable, knowledgeable and welcoming dealership as Mastro Subaru of Sanford proved to be. Like many others, I personally don't mind driving 30 miles each way to do business with a commendable car dealership. Mastro well exceeded our expectations and we owe it all to Dianne Greenlaw! My wife was highly skeptical and uneasy of dealerships in general. Leasing an imported vehicle for a second time was not on her to do list. This of course due to our ghastly experience with Universal Hyundai. Dianne held our hand so to speak and guided us to leasing a brand new 2011 Subaru Outback which my wife loves more than her own husband! Dianne and Joe went out of their way to accommodate our financing needs in a professional and very friendly manner. These days a dealership that stands behind their product is quite difficult to find - this is where Mastro's wonderful service people come in. Jason Lance and Jay are top notch guys who definitely know their Subies! If we had to do it again, I know of no other place to do business with other than Mastro! Kudos to a well deserved team and dealership whom is obviously proud of their products and most importantly the service than comes after the sale. So I followed up and purchased a NEW 2010 Subaru WRX STI. It is a beautiful machine and something I like to call my "Bubble." July 28th, 2009 at around 8:50 P.M. I was in a horrible head on car accident. I was traveling 45 MPH and the opposite vehicle a Chrysler 300 SRT8 which weighs 5,000, compared to my Subaru's 3,450 (roughly). It plowed into me head on and their estimated speed was 35 MPH. My 2006 Subaru WRX STI stayed in tact and kept my body from death. The front only crunched about 3-4 feet. At the momentum, speed, and the weight of the other vehicle that hit me is tremendous. I am extremely proud and happy to own a Subaru and I will surely own one type of their vehicle's possibly several for my future business to keep my employees safe. The vehicle I will own personally for life is the latest model of the Subaru WRX STI family. I personally enjoy my time when coming in for service at Mastro Import in Sanford Florida. Their service is superb and their customer service is overwhelmingly impressive! More

I must begin by stating that I despise car shopping. I was forced to by a new car by my husband who was offered a new job by a company who offered a car allowance instead of a company car like he previous was forced to by a new car by my husband who was offered a new job by a company who offered a car allowance instead of a company car like he previously had. To make matters worse, we had to have the new car in our driveway in a matter of a few short weeks. This may not sound like a big task to most, but those who know me know that I am obsessive when it comes to making decisions like these. I spend weeks researching even the smallest purchase - let alone a car. My husband usually just tells me to let him know when I have exhausted all avenues of research and narrowed it down to a few options. I started my quest for the perfect family vehicle on the internet. Our current minivan had served us well and would become the "company" car. I was initially thinking another minivan would be great as we have two kids and a dog and potentially a couple friends along for the ride. However, nothing jumped off the page with great safety ratings and reviews. I really wanted seven passenger seating capacity, but thought I really did not use the full seven seats very often. Our short list was whittled down to the Ford Flex, Jeep Wrangler (4 door), Subaru Forester and the Subaru Outback. We test drove the Ford Flex first. The car looks cool and lives up to it's name - it has very flexible seating on the inside. The ride was unimpressive though. It felt really low to the ground and I just could not imagine driving it on a daily basis. The salesman did not seem really impressed with the car either. We took a brochure and left. My husband liked the car but was not super excited about it. Next was the Jeep Wrangler (4 door). The vehicle was roomy and had some neat new features. Let's face it Jeep Wranglers are cool. People love these vehicles whatever the ratings and reviews are. We test drove it and it was fun, but disappointingly unimpressive. My husband would have bought it on the spot though. We had a Jeep in the past and it was great. The general manager asked us what else we were looking at and when I told him Subaru he did not seem too optimistic that we would be back. We left with our brochure and I went home to do more research. Our next test drive was the Subaru Forester and Outback. My husband was working so it was just me and my teenage son. The salesman was very knowledgeable about all of the safety features. We then test drove both cars. They were very impressive, but we went a couple of miles down the road and turned back to the dealership. Even though the test drive did not highlight the symmetrical all wheel drive or the stability control, both my son and I were hooked on Subaru. The dealership offered us the only Outback Limited they had (a demo with 2000 miles on it) for full sticker price. No thank you. After telling my husband that Subaru was what I wanted, I directed him to Subaru.com to look at the 2010 Outback. He told me he wanted to test drive a 2.5i Limited, but he was pretty sure it would not be better than the Jeep. I did not know at the time that it would be a bit difficult to find the limited in our area, but I did a search and found one at Mastro Subaru. I called and made an appointment with Dianne Greenlaw for the next day. We loaded up the whole family and drove 73 miles to the dealership. Dianne greeted us and took us to the car and explained the cars features to us. She was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. Our next step was the test drive in which she highlighted some of the car's impressive off road capabilities. My husband was sold after he drove the car. We went back to the dealership and I was sure the games would begin. To my surprise, there were no "car sale games", just great customer service. Dianne introduced us to everyone at the dealership that we would be dealing with. We left the dealership with a great 2010 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited at a fair price! We could not be more happy with the car or the way we were treated before, during and after the sale. I have been researching crossovers with a 3rd row seating, mostly online. Ford, GMC, Toyota, Honda.. I looked at them all. For awhile I was dragging my feet on actually stepping foot into a dealersh seating, mostly online. Ford, GMC, Toyota, Honda.. I looked at them all. For awhile I was dragging my feet on actually stepping foot into a dealership for fear of the attack of the pushy salesman. Subaru was not on my radar AT ALL. My BFF was having her suzuki serviced at Mastro and I stopped by to pick her up for lunch and shopping. Upon returning to the dealership I took a peak at the Outback and sat behind the wheel. Dianne came out and asked if I had any questions. I told her the Outback was nice, but I was really looking for a 3rd row seat. She told me about the Tribeca. I RELUCTANTLY gave Dianne my cell number - she said she would call when the '11 Tribeca's arrived, but I was expecting to be stalked by a car sales person. As soon as I got home, I looked at the Tribeca online and it was out of my price range. As expected, within two hours ...my cell phone rang, guess who? Dianne from Mastro. She was calling to let me know there was a '10 Tribeca in Tampa and she could have it brought over if I wanted to test drive. I was honest and told Dianne, it was more than I could afford. She told me she would keep her eye open for a used Tribeca if one came in. Four weeks went by and not a SINGLE call from Dianne, surprising. During those four weeks I worked on my budget and decided to look at something more affordable. And my searched started over, minus the 3rd backseat. Ford, Toyota, GMC, Honda... and now the Subaru which I never considered before this. After intensive online shopping .. it was time for a test drive. I called Dianne and told her I would be there in 20 minutes and told her I wanted test drive a Forester and the Outback. When I got there, Dianne had the cars pulled around and the ice cold AC running in both. We went on the most realistic test drive EVER. It was crazy and I realized how amazing the Subaru product really is. Even the "Oh my GOD bars" were used by my two kids in the backseat. We even pulled over and tried the handsfree/bluetooth feature and called my BFF. Even my BFF grilled Dianne about the features, safety, ratings, etc.. via the handsfree. Dianne was so knowledgeable. She said something that was different... I don't want you to just buy a car, I want you to love the car you buy. AND I DO. She was honest with my trade-in and really understood my situation. We worked out a deal we could both live with and I ended buying a 2011 Outback. I even was inspired to clean out my garage to keep my new Subaru in. Thanks Diane and the entire Mastro team.
