I purchased my new car completely online - through website comparisons with othermakes/models and emails to various dealerships. (I test drove this car 6 months ago at a different dealership.) Christine at Mastro was very easy to deal with and it was clear she and Mastro would match price to get my business. I special ordered the car to get exactly the color/options I wanted and that process was also very smooth and took about 2 months. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up; we took it for a spin, they filled the tank, I completed some title and registration paper work and got updated insurance cards faxed to them and I was on my way...all told about 90 minutes which was also great. This was a very good buying experience and (in these first 4 days) I love my Outback. More

I recently had a head-on accident while driving my first Subaru, a 2008 Forester. I strongly believe it was the vehicle integrity that allowed me to walk away with minor injuries even though the vehicle was Subaru, a 2008 Forester. Kendra Wetherington, Mastro's Internet Manager, was very quick to reply to my inquiry of the new Subarus they had to offer. They had exactly what I wanted on the lot, an 2012 Outback with all the features and in the color I had requested. Working with her and Joe Anglada, Mastro's Sales Manager, they were very friendly and considerate of my situation. I was offered a great price on the vehicle and a great financing plan with Subaru. When I arrived for delivery, the car had been nicely detailed and waiting for me with a full tank of gas. Kendra was very thorough with me going over the vehicle information, as was Joe, who handled the financing. My thanks goes out to both of them for making a bad situation turn out so good. More

We looked at several cars and test drove a few over the course of a week. These folks were friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the cars. The replied to my emails and phone calls promptly. When negotiating the price, they explained the process and the reasoning behind their best price. At no time did I feel pressured or steered into a decision. These folks seem to really care about their customers and helping them to make a good buying decision. I hope to do business with them again. I respect this family owned business that has the confidence to be closed on Sunday; the way they take care of their employees gives me a pretty good indication of how they will take care of their customers. People always say a car dealer is never your friend. Well, in the case of Mastro, for once, I beg to differ. First off, I purchased a new 2011 Forester 2.5X Premium from them. Everything I wanted and so much more. Secondly, the Mastro team is chock full of absolute professionals in every sense of the word. Product experts; friendly; informative; and a downright pleasure to do business with. After looking at a used Forester at Bob Dance down the street and experiencing the worst of the worst--every bad stereo type in car sales was reality at Bob Dance--common sense prevailed and I drove down the street to Mastro. (I'd had a great conversation with Jim Bowman and decided to see the Mastro team in person). From minute one, the experience was fantastic. And they said they could put me into a new Subie for a better price than Bob Dance was trying to pressure me into for a 3 year old Subie. And, Mastro did just that. Had two favorites there. Jim and Joe S. showed me every single feature on my two faves. Friendly and relaxed is an understatement here. These folks really helped me make informed choices based on my price and feature criteria. Sarah pulled out all the stops to make sure I was within my budget, and thrilled with the car. I drove home with a smile on my face that I can't get rid of 24 hours later. These folks are down to earth, and love Subies. They work as a team and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working together, and are excited and passionate about their products. Very relatable and even after I signed on the dotted line, the great service just kept on keeping on. Jim even helped me set up my bluetooth system. we would recommend mastro to anyone. they were most accommodating. the friendliest dealer we have dealt with and we are retired so we have experience with many dealers. the first time we got there we w accommodating. the friendliest dealer we have dealt with and we are retired so we have experience with many dealers. the first time we got there we were able to get get out of our car and stroll around the lot without being hasselled by a sales person. we never were pushed by the dealer which was refreshing. our salesperson, kendra was very good, mellow and patient with us. joe the sales manager was the best, he understood us very well, was the kind of person you would like to have at your house for dinner the same for sarah the finance manager. she was clear and concise, knew her business. and sarah is just a very pleasant person to work with. it took about 2 months for us to "take the plunge" and purchase the outback. we liked the family type atmosphere at this dealership. very different than most. even though i am retired i will tell you i could work for people like these. it would be a pleasure going to work. and the outback is exceeding our expectations (as they say in the customer service world.) and that is the important thing. i might add that the price of the car was fair to us and also the dealer and we did well in that respect also More
