I researched all the Subaru dealers in Florida after finding my experience at a local dealer unsatisfactory. I checked their inventory and they had the exact vehicle in stock that I had been searching for. This is car #11 for me and I have never had such a smooth and pleasurable experience buying a new car as I have had with Mastro. Joe Anglada,the General Manager, and I reached a price over the phone and I traveled north to drop off my leased car at another dealer. Francis King, my salesperson, picked me up and once at Mastro introduced me to Joe and Christine Mallon in the finance department. The three of them made sure that all the details were in order. Every person I met took the time to answer my questions and go over the vehicle with me. Joe called and followed up with me the next day to address some minor concerns that I had. It's worth your time. It's worth the ride from anywhere in Florida. You will be treated professionally and get a great price on a fantastic Subaru. More

This was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer. My wife and I researched the Subaru Outback, Subaru Forester, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4 and others. We spent 6 weeks researching these vehicle dealer. My wife and I researched the Subaru Outback, Subaru Forester, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4 and others. We spent 6 weeks researching these vehicles on the internet to include the NHTSA website for consumer complaints and recalls. We also visited Owner Forums for each vehicle to see what issues owners had. Hands down the Subarus were the best. The only question was Outback or Forester. We then went to Mastro Subaru in Sanford, FL to get a close up look at both. We met with Jim Bowman, who gave us an in-depth look at both. Jim knew both vehicles very well and took into consideration what our family needs were and pointed out just how each model would satisfy those needs. We decided on the Outback, then went back home to research pricing. During this two week period, Jim worked with us both on the phone and email answering all our questions. We agreed on a price over the phone and then went back to the dealership for a test drive and evaluation of our trade in. When we arrived Jim took us for the test drive, then we sat down to start the inevitable paperwork. The agreed upon price stayed the same and they gave me a very fair trade in allowance for my 2005 Ford F150 The entire process went extremely smooth. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, competent and very professional. At no time did we get the “hard sell” and number switching that we were so familiar with from past experiences from other dealers. Not only would I recommend this dealership to family and friends, but I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them More
Awesome experience working with Chelsea and Sarah. They are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and Chelsea is a walking Subaru commercial. Traveled from outside the area to purchase a used vehicle posted online by the dealership. My wife and I drove two hours to purchase a new vehicle from your dealership instead of purchasing from two local Suba purchasing a new 2012 Impreza. I purchased my new car completely online - through website comparisons with othermakes/models and emails to various dealerships. (I test drove this car 6 months ago at a different dealership.) Christine at Mastro was very easy to deal with and it was clear she and Mastro would match price to get my business. I special ordered the car to get exactly the color/options I wanted and that process was also very smooth and took about 2 months. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up; we took it for a spin, they filled the tank, I completed some title and registration paper work and got updated insurance cards faxed to them and I was on my way...all told about 90 minutes which was also great. This was a very good buying experience and (in these first 4 days) I love my Outback. More
