My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service we received at Mastro Subaru. Prior to coming to Mastro Subaru, I was in a wreck and had to drive a rental for 2 weeks. We looked all around service we received at Mastro Subaru. Prior to coming to Mastro Subaru, I was in a wreck and had to drive a rental for 2 weeks. We looked all around Orlando and did not find a vehicle that we felt was reasonable priced for the vehicle we were looking for. We literally decided to drive to Sanford one day since we did not have any luck in Orlando and found a Blue Honda Accord outside of Mastro's lot. We like to say that this vehicle found us since we were just driving around and did not find the vehicle prior to driving to Sanford. We had to stop and check this car out. Francis King greeted us and immediately got the key for us to check the Honda out. We were surprised at how well kept the Accord was considering its age (2008). The previous owners took care of their vehicle, which is the one thing my husband and I always check first before making the purchase. We were sold right away. Joe worked with us on a price that fit our budget and monthly payments. We went in on a Saturday and did not have a current insurance card with us to make the final deal. Joe opened up the shop on Sunday just for us to get the paperwork completed and to retrieve our "new" car. This by far was the best dealership we have worked with. The staff was knowledgeable about their inventory and were not aggressive, as most salesman are. They really took care of us. We will definately recommend Mastro Subaru to our friends and family. More

The Mastro service department at the Sanford location are just wonderful. My wife and I, have been so extremely pleased that I started taking my Toyota vehicle in for service. The service department has competitive pricing and quick turn around for repair work. I am also impressed by the technicians that work on the vehicles (Russ, Evan, Robert, Joe). Anytime I have had questions, they have never given me the cold shoulder or try to brush me off. In fact, they have being very attentive and eager to anwswer my questions. If you have any reservation about servicing your vehicle at Mastro Subaru in Sanford. I'm telling you right now, DON'T! You will not regret it! More

I checked their inventory and they had the exact vehicle in stock that I had been searching for. This is car #11 for me and I have never had such a smooth and pleasurable experience buying a new car as I have had with Mastro. Joe Anglada,the General Manager, and I reached a price over the phone and I traveled north to drop off my leased car at another dealer. Francis King, my salesperson, picked me up and once at Mastro introduced me to Joe and Christine Mallon in the finance department. The three of them made sure that all the details were in order. Every person I met took the time to answer my questions and go over the vehicle with me. Joe called and followed up with me the next day to address some minor concerns that I had. It's worth your time. It's worth the ride from anywhere in Florida. You will be treated professionally and get a great price on a fantastic Subaru. More

This was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer. My wife and I researched the Subaru Outback, Subaru Forester, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4 and others. We spent 6 weeks researching these vehicle dealer. My wife and I researched the Subaru Outback, Subaru Forester, Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4 and others. We spent 6 weeks researching these vehicles on the internet to include the NHTSA website for consumer complaints and recalls. We also visited Owner Forums for each vehicle to see what issues owners had. Hands down the Subarus were the best. The only question was Outback or Forester. We then went to Mastro Subaru in Sanford, FL to get a close up look at both. We met with Jim Bowman, who gave us an in-depth look at both. Jim knew both vehicles very well and took into consideration what our family needs were and pointed out just how each model would satisfy those needs. We decided on the Outback, then went back home to research pricing. During this two week period, Jim worked with us both on the phone and email answering all our questions. We agreed on a price over the phone and then went back to the dealership for a test drive and evaluation of our trade in. When we arrived Jim took us for the test drive, then we sat down to start the inevitable paperwork. The agreed upon price stayed the same and they gave me a very fair trade in allowance for my 2005 Ford F150 The entire process went extremely smooth. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, competent and very professional. At no time did we get the “hard sell” and number switching that we were so familiar with from past experiences from other dealers. Not only would I recommend this dealership to family and friends, but I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them More
