I had been planning a purchase for several months. I did a lot of research, on various SUVs, on the Internet, thru available reviews, with the direct websites of the manufacturers, thru consumer reports, et a lot of research, on various SUVs, on the Internet, thru available reviews, with the direct websites of the manufacturers, thru consumer reports, etc. I had narrowed down my choices to the Subaru Outback, and a competitor's SUV, both with great ratings and reputation. It was a nice surprise to encounter Mark Tinitigan at Mastro. A salesperson, who knew more about the vehicle than I did!...refreshing! No pressure needed. He asked enough questions to know that we had done our homework. Once he learned that this was to be MY vehicle, and that I had done the research and understood my intended vehicle (I, the wife), he was happy to direct the conversation to me...refreshing again! He understood that it might just tick me off if he chose to focus on my husband...good call. He negotiated our wants. We didn't get passed off to someone else to negotiate price....we liked that. We didn't leave Mark until we went to finance, which was quick and painless. No surprises, all in order. Met Joe Anglada, Jr. (Sales Manager) as we were leaving. Nice fellow. Returned the following week to have Enviroguard put on the paint and exterior. Mastro, and my salesman, went out of their way to set me up with WiFi in an out of the way place so that I could work on my laptop. Such nice folks. Enjoying my Mastro experience so far and love my Subaru Outback! More

This dealership and Francis King in particular (my salesman) were consistently helpful and extraordinarily accommodating. I looked at many makes of SUVs at many dealerships over a period of a month before purchasing my 2014 Subaru Forester at Mastro. I visited other Subaru dealerships. Mr. King is knowledgeable and straightforward. There were no high pressure tactics. I was welcomed to test drive as often as I needed. Mr. King worked with me through the entire process which was appreciated. On the date of purchase, this dealership could not have been more helpful; everyone pitched in and made it truly pleasant and fun. The car is an utter joy, but a big part of that is to have had an enjoyable experience in selecting just the right car. Yet another factor in my purchase is the confidence I have that they will stay true to their pledge of service and support through my ownership of the car. I have already seen this since my purchase in that Mr. King has followed up with my to see if I have any concerns or questions. I was too busy joy riding today to answer his call! More

Excellent customer service skills and new the model as he showed me all the features, including syncing IPhone to Bluetooth. Seth Bell, Sales Manager was thorough and quick in handling the paperwork and tag. Both of the gentleman represented Mastro at the highest level and I look forward to having my new car needs handled at Mastro. It was a great experience, the best car purchase experience I have had in 50 years of buying automobiles. More

After receiving an almost $3000 estimate for repairs (head gaskets) from another Subaru dealership, I went to Mastro for a second opinion. I'm glad I did! Jay, in the service dept, took the time to hav (head gaskets) from another Subaru dealership, I went to Mastro for a second opinion. I'm glad I did! Jay, in the service dept, took the time to have my Forester's engine thoroughly inspected. Between the mechanic and Jay, they took the time to show me and explained to me that the repairs we not needed at this time and might never need them. This inspection was FREE at Mastro while the other dealership charged me $50! They saved me from spending almost $3000 unnecessarily! I also was very pleased with Josh in the parts dept. I needed a part for my wiper transmission. After calling 4 other Subaru dealerships from Daytona to Orlando with no luck, I called Mastro. Within minutes, Josh identified the part and ordered it for me. The other 4 could not figure out what part I needed and one wanted me to bring my old part in so they could see what I was asking for. That's not a good response when all you sell are Subaru parts. I live 45 minutes from Mastro and will return to them as long as I own a Subaru even though there are 2 other Subaru dealerships a lot closer! More
For a while, my car had been giving me trouble (2001 Toyota Camry). My soon-to-be wife and I knew we needed to replace it soon, so we began the search when I got a job offer in another city (Orlando). S Toyota Camry). However, for some time now I knew I wanted a Subaru. My parents had an old 1984 Subaru GL which reached over 280,000 miles when they sold it. Along with features in my favorite motoring programme Top Gear, and reading online the different things people had to say, my heart was set on a Subaru. We contacted the Mastro Subaru in Sanford, FL when we saw an outback on the website. We had wanted to see how we could put a deposit on a pre-owned vehicle. Sadly that one was spoken for. Not too much after that (within the hour) we saw a shiny, silver Impreza. We called and said we wanted to look at it and potentially buy it. We lived two hours away, so it was a bit difficult for us to head over immediately to test it and sign for it. Well, the sales representative, Kendra, went to make sure they could make this possible for us. She was great. By Thursday we had decided we wanted the car (it had just arrived at the lot as a trade-in and hadn’t even been cleaned). Friday is when I was able to go down, test the car, and get the paperwork ready, as well as put a deposit down. Saturday is when I made my last voyage in my old (2001) Camry. Trusting God would take care of us, we took the plunge and decided to get the car. My fiancée was not with me at the time, but we ended up taking care of the paperwork issue with a very kind guy from sales, Gerald. A few things still were pending, such as getting the other keys, tinting, upholstery work, and what not, but those we did later on. Thank you everyone at Mastro. Not only did you make our initial stay quite a pleasure, but every subsequent visit for whatever quite nice. It’s obvious you guys care about what you do and who you do business with. You guys make complete your slogan: “love, it’s what makes a Subaru a Subaru.” More
The customer service at Mastro Subaru in Sanford Florida is superior to the other Subaru dealerships in the Orlando market. From the moment I spoke to Joe on the phone, they gave me the best price on the 2 is superior to the other Subaru dealerships in the Orlando market. From the moment I spoke to Joe on the phone, they gave me the best price on the 2013 XV Crosstrek, and the other Subaru dealers wouldn't even attempt to match it. Beyond the price, the customer service and personal care that Seth, Kendra, and Francis exhibited should be modeled by any car dealership. I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
