very unhappy with service department I bought a wrx new and was given free oil changes from Subaru for 2 years. After the first 3 months I had only 2100 miles went in and was told no. 3 m I bought a wrx new and was given free oil changes from Subaru for 2 years. After the first 3 months I had only 2100 miles went in and was told no. 3 more months now at 3800 miles. Was told not yet but insisted on it and after nearly 40 mins got a oil change. Now it has been almost 2 years I have 11k on it and they absolutely refuse to do saying twice a year. No less than 7500 miles. Even though the paper I received from Subaru says 3750 miles or 3 months. But yet I receive calls saying it's due for service, this dealership is a joke. Not only do they refuse to service the car. The one oil change I got took over 2 hours to complete.. I drove 40 mins to get there for my appointment and still took 2 hours. And when I asked about it they said the techs were busy, I walk out and see the "techs" playing on there phones smoking cigarettes while my car is sitting there . More
Being Trustworthy I recently found an 02 Corvette at what I felt was a fair price at this dealership. I made an offer, and the sales manager, Mr Joe Anglada informed me of their best price out-the-door. We were 500 dollars apart. I offered to meet in the middle, and was informed by Mr Anglada that he had, "found a few extra dollars to work with", so I considered it a done deal, decided to buy the car, and made arraingements to pick the car up the following day. The problem is, that's the last I have heard from Mr. Anglada. I was ready to put up a 1000 dollar deposit on the car and held an open bank draft for purchase, but I have not even been afforded the courtesy of a call-back to inform me of whether they sold the car without informing me or taking my deposit, or if they just decided not to sell the car to me at all. I have made numerous calls to the dealership and cannot get any info on what happened here. If they sold the car after promising to call me back, I do understand ( I live in Jacksonville). But to not keep their word, follow up on their commitments, or allow the customer the curteousy of a call-back is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered in the 58 years I have been dealing with dealerships. I would expect this kind of treatment from your local used car salesman, but certainly not from a reputable dealership. In summary, I found pricing to be fair, and if you go in the door realizing that you cannot belive anything you are told by the General Sales Manager, you may have a great buying experiience. More
Research pays off I have always liked having a car brochure in my hand to compare models, but I have dreaded going into the dealerships. I have always felt like the sales people were like vultures waiting for prey to come in. I have to say that although I have not yet purchased my vehicle it's been a very pleasant experience with Travis Taylor. We walked in and told him we were just researching and wanted brochures he was suspected our wishes, but gave us a lot of information from working on the customer service and of the business as well as the vehicle itself. He has been very pleasant, knowledgeable and sincere. Just waiting for financing and we will buy from Travis Taylor. Very nice young man. ?? More

Francis King (salesman) and Mark (finance manager) went above and beyond to try to find the exact car I wanted and, when the Forester XT Premium proved too popular to find in the colors I wanted, upsold me to a Touring model with a stellar deal. They were not high-pressure; just great salesmen. Three months with the new Forester and I couldn't be any happier with the car or the price! The post-sale experience has been great too: Francis has followed up with me a number of times to make sure everything has been running smoothly. The service center is also excellent; I brought the Forester in for a Navigation software update recently, and they were fast and courteous. Looking forward to my first maintenance, and MANY more in the years to come. More

We would recommend to any of our friends to deal with Sergio for their purchases. Excellent customer service and financing. Very personal yet professional no high pressure sales. They listen to what your needs are and they deliver! The service department is great too! I had a WONDERFUL experience at Mastro Subaru Sanford! Nate and Francis were absolutely excellent! This was one of the most comfortable vehicle purchases I've ever made in my life! I have had some issues getting into a Subaru for a while now but the entire staff here at Mastro worked diligently and found the perfect finance plan and perfect Impreza for me! I was looking for a certain car, and it came up in an internet search at Mastro Subaru. Nate was extremely responsive to my emails providing me information about the car and condition. It took a few days for me to make it out to the dealership as it is not that close to where I live, but they were very friendly and responsive, which is quite different from some other dealers I experienced recently. I made an open-ended arrangement to visit the dealership and see the car, and when I got there, they had it pulled out front waiting for me. Once I arrived, Nate and Alan were very helpful, and frankly both were quite funny as we exchanged stories while test driving and waiting on the financing to finalized. Pricing, financing and the whole car buying experience was great and stress-free - we came to an agreement quickly without headache on price. The was no high pressure tactics, or sales managers that take over halfway through the process and no one tried pushing me into a different car - all things that I have recently experienced. My experience overall was so pleasant that even though I do not live that close to them, I will take advantage of the free oil changes that comes with buying a car from Mastro. I would gladly recommend Mastro Subaru to my friends when they look for their next car. More
