Our third car with Mastro This is the third vehicle we have purchased with the Mastro group in Sanford. This is the third car we have purchased with the same sales person, and each experience is excellent. The sales people are friendly and helpful. The service department is very helpful and knowledgeable. If anyone doesn't know, they look for answers where they can and get back to me. This was the first car we ordered. The car came a few days before the expected delivery, and all was well, from the accessories, and the price. The biggest surprise was that the sales department honored our true car value, even though we ordered the car; they said that this third vehicle we have purchased with them. Admittedly, there are times when the communication isn't ideal and something does end up different from what was expected, but they do work hard to rectify anything they make a mistake on. Our fourth vehicle will definitely be here with the Mastro group; specifically, with Kendra, who is great. More

I was promptly emailed by one of the internet sales staff after scheduling a test drive on the website. We discussed what vehicle I was interested in test driving as well as when I would be stopping by to test drive the car. When I arrive at the dealership at the date and time we discussed sales staff no idea I was coming. After talking to the sales staff there and telling them which car I wanted to test drive I was told that I wouldn't be able to test drive that vehicle. Their reasoning was because they wanted to keep miles off of the car. I am buying a new car in the next 60 days and It wont be from a Mastro Subaru. More

Honest Service Department I always use Mastro Subaru for the service of my Legacy (4 years, 90,000 so far). Over 4 years ago, I followed Kelly from another Subaru dealership t I always use Mastro Subaru for the service of my Legacy (4 years, 90,000 so far). Over 4 years ago, I followed Kelly from another Subaru dealership to Mastro and bought my Legacy new October 2010. I love the car and regular maintenance has paid off - no problems with the car ever. Kelly, Jay and Matt are honest and take good care of the customers. More

Thank you to Mr. Angel Concepcion, product specialist, that was so patient with Wow . . . a new car . . . finally and is a 2015 Blue Subaru Forester. Thank you to Mr. Angel Concepcion, product specialist, that was so patient with me (not easy), patient with my two granddaughters(6 and 8) and a very experiment mechanic that is my husband. Angel answer all our question, special to my husband Julio-about: equipment, engine, transmission, suspension etc. Was an excellent experience. One more time thanks PD: Anna and Arya wanted to visit Mastro to get a car for her dad, mom & aunt. LOL More

When I bought my Forrester, the sales person really bragged on the service team and emphasized there would be a "relationship" with them. I really didn't know what that meant until I started bringing my vehicle in for routine service. Jay is always very kind, professional and accommodating. He is knowledgeable of the vehicles and can always give an informed answer to my questions. After my warranty expired, it was very tempting to seek service elsewhere as I have always done. There's really no reason for me to go anywhere else. A price cannot be placed on peace of mind. Thank you Jay for always going above and beyond my expectation. Renee More
