Service is confusing. I have been using the Service at Mastro for over 5 years. I go solely for the free oil changes. I always am advised that an expense extra service is needed. I always take the car afterwards to my own certified mechanic. Most of the time the suggested service is not needed. When it is needed my mechanic does the repair at 15 - 205 less cost. So far no problems with my mechanics work. We are talking over 5 years now. My oil light comes on between changes at about 3K miles. This problem has been going on fro 5 years. It is always at least a quart low. Mastro Service has done many consumption tests and replaced parts, to no avail. On my last visit I was told and showed in the manual this was normal. Why wasn't I told this 150K miles and many visits ago? Why dosen't this happen with the other two Subarus in my family? My Forester 30K mile service cost $50 more than my daughters 30K mile service for her same year CrossTRek? The service was the same. Truly disappointed with the Forester perfrormance and service. Horrible Sales Service Arrived at the dealership motivated to purchase a used vehicle (2015 Mitsubishi Evolution GSR) on the lot with a loan draft and cash in hand . I was greeted by a sales representative named AJ and I informed him of the vehicle I was interested in. While we were walking towards the vehicle, I asked if we could do a test drive before negotiating price. The sales representative told me "no." He continued to explain that this is a rare vehicle that isn't allowed to be test driven. I asked him to show me some of the vehicle features and highlights while we were standing there. Instead he wanted to pull up the vehicle history report and continued to explain that this is a rare vehicle. I asked about the newer vehicles on the lot, such as the STI, but the sales representative made no attempts at showing me features of the car or making a sale and continued to explain how the STI and WRX are rare high end vehicles. Bottom line, the sales representative made no attempts at getting me in a vehicle of my choosing. The sales rep never took my name, number, or any contact information and I left empty handed. This was one of the poorest visits to a dealership I have experienced by far. After driving 90 minutes out of my way to do business, I expect better treatment than that. More

I have always received excellent service (and free oil changes for life!) at Mastro, and when I was sideswiped while taking my car in for a recent oil change, I was given excellent advice on how to deal with insurance and collision repair. Plus I got a courtesy car wash, which immediately made the damage look less ruinous and possibly helped me get a more accurate repair estimate. They go the extra mile to take care of customers. Yeah, I like the AWD for traction, even though the car has not yet seen dirt, snow or sand! More

The Service dept has been the best, in every way, with Jason Lance in charge since I came on board, in 2008. Thanks. This place is the best, period. I am perfectly happy to commute from my home in Cape Canaveral, to Mastro Sanford, just to get an oil change, and say "Hi" to my friends at Mastro. I trust them with my Car. Started in 1979 in Denver, CO. My wife has one as well, More
