In for 60k Service I'm not sure what Mastro could do to make a service visit much better. Their online appointment system works well. It includes reminders and confirms. My service writer was courteous, professional, and did a nice job of reviewing my invoice with me as well as the near-future service my Forester would need. The waiting area is comfortable and has several small desks should you need to work while there. The complimentary coffee machine provides a variety of beverage choices and, surprise! it tastes great. Lastly, they do a very good job when they wash/vac your car. I have great confidence in the Mastro service techs who, on a past visit, solved a CEL that was caused by an insect nest in the fuel vapor return system gotten while my car was at a body shop. No one at the body shop or anyone they hired could figure it out. More

Service has gone down hill and are no longer trustworthy I brought my Outback in for service due to the check engine light throwing codes for Cylinder misfires. It was similar to the problem I had 50K miles I brought my Outback in for service due to the check engine light throwing codes for Cylinder misfires. It was similar to the problem I had 50K miles earlier which on required plugs and wires. This time I was told I'd need an engine. I brought the car home and started it at night to see the wires arcing. I replaced the plugs and wires for less than $100 and I was back in business. This isn't the first time I've had a problem but it seems like they're more interested in selling new cars than keeping the older ones running. I can't trust them anymore. More
