Excellent Service As usual I expected my dealer to know when my next servicing should be. They emailed me, it was actually a bit early, but perfectly appropriate. I went to my appointment, they knew of the 2 warranty recall issues that needed updating.. They took my car and returned it in less than the time than they expected, 2 1/2 hours instead of 3. All the while I enjoyed coffee in the customer lounge. Thank you Mastro, for keeping me informed all the way through the appointment of expectations. And thank you for great staff. More

The last time I visited, was for a general oil change. Their policy changed where you don't get free oil changes when leasing a vehicle. However, they worked with me. I then went to their Finance Dept. to review my policy and found out that it did not cover general maintenance like this so with some a-do I purchased a full maintenance coverage pkg. More
