My first service experience was also very pleasant. Although they are quite a drive from the southeast part of Orlando, it is worth the drive. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I meet. My first service for my 2020 Subaru Ascent was on schedule. My Ascent has 5,530 miles at this appointment. The Service Desk was very helpful although with the Pandemic forced to wear masks and stay a schedule. My Ascent has 5,530 miles at this appointment. We had the recommended oil change and first service checkup. We also requested rotation of the tires and had the car washed. All of this was done in about 45 minutes. The only thing I missed was documentation that the tires were in dead rotated. I used my 700 points for the wash and also didn’t notice any points remaining. In the future we will probably have our Subaru serviced in Jacksonville, Florida as it is at least 60 miles closer to where we now live. More
