When we last talked, Lance told me that he had talked to the owners, the Mastro's, and then I was told I no longer was part of their loyalty program because I had LOF done by Subaru dealers in NH. I replace all filter(cabin,AirFilters) by myself. I called Mastro's and they gave me the ok to have the NH dealers do the service under the hood. I was out of state when this was performed as was my new tire purchase. I believe that my dismissal from the program relates to a complaint I made to Subaru of America about a Brake fluid change they insisted I pay for to remain in their program, which is clearly stated in the owners manual as not needed when the vehicle is equipped w/CVT. There is no need to contact Jason Lance as I consider him untrustworthy.
