I was at first very happy with the service to my vehicle. Kendall was great from the moment I dropped off the car; with follow up; and when I picked up the vehicle. My happiness and satisfaction quickly disappeared when the issue returned on the drive home. However, I have to give extremely high marks to Kendall for how she handled this. She was very professional and understanding of my position. The issue did get resolved on a second visit and I am extremely happy with the Service Department and in particular Kendall. The vehicle itself, not so much. Not sure if I would purchase a Subaru again; most likely not. More
