My service advisor was very nice, informative and helpful. She knew what needed to be done and advised me on upcoming issues that need to be addressed during my next scheduled maintenance. For the CrossTrek, he made sure we had a loaner car while they tried to figure out the AC problem (which other shops couldn't figure out.) Kendall was fantastic! She called my out-of-state dealer that I leased my Crosstrek from to see if they would honor a prepaid check-up that had just expired.
