I told him how important it was to thoroughly inspect my first visit to Subaru Lakeland. My first contact was with service advisor Michael Brimlow. I told him how important it was to thoroughly inspect my car because of my long commute work. He assured me the technician would do a good job. I agreed to an extensive list of work and waited. Mr. Brimlow checked in with me often, asking if wanted a loaner or some lunch. I’ve never experienced this level of service before. He was never condescending about the work to be done. He explained everything. No heavy sales tactics. No miscommunication. Very professional. This is my new car service provider in my new state. More
