Our sales rep, Eric, was very informative and helpful in the process. Although we have had a Forester in the past, then upgraded to an Ascent, we now purchased another Forester as a second vehicle. I brought my car in because I thought it was making a beeping noise. However when I got the car in for service it wasn’t beeping. It was a mystery but Mike who took my info assured me they’d find it. Tu beeping noise. However when I got the car in for service it wasn’t beeping. It was a mystery but Mike who took my info assured me they’d find it. Turns out it was something in my garage making the noise and not the car. I called and let Mike know that it wasn’t the car after all. I think everyone was relieved as no one could figure it out. Anyway I got my oil changed and some maintenance done so all was well. More
Service is OUTSTANDING and I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years purchasing 4 ENCLAVES but I really don’t understand the 3% Sur Charge to use my GM CARD.
