Wait seems too long when we have an appointment. When we went in to check in there were three employees there.. Only one even spoke to us. He was on his way out. The remaining two just kept working When we went in to check in there were three employees there.. Only one even spoke to us. He was on his way out. The remaining two just kept working on their computers. After a few minutes I said, "am I supposed to check in here or am I standing here for no reason." One of them replied, "I am six cars behind and have to get this work done." I might have not gotten frustrated if they had at least acknowledged our presence and apologized with, "I'll be with you in a couple minutes." Once I was checked, in, I was told there would be a two to two and half hour wait which seems a long time for just an oil change. More
