Service department was great, quick to check me in and get me on my way. Marcos was my advisor and he kept me informed on my vehicle and when it would be complete. get me on my way. Marcos was my advisor and he kept me informed on my vehicle and when it would be complete. More
Mike was great! He was very nice and helpful. I came in for an oil change and the check engine light on. My only concern is the Communication with the car wash depar He was very nice and helpful. This was the worst experience I have had buying a car. My salesman (Andrew) requested I change my original appointment time so he could "make quota" and he promised my vehicle would be there on time and e My salesman (Andrew) requested I change my original appointment time so he could "make quota" and he promised my vehicle would be there on time and everything would be ready to go. I got to the dealership for my 2 o' clock appointment and sat waiting for the finance person for over 4 hours. I didn't need to test drive or pick out a new car. I knew exactly what I was getting and everything should have been exactly the same as 4 months prior when I bought the same exact car. Unfortunately I was in an accident and got pretty injured. The salesman had us walk in the cold rain to get to the other office even though I had a severe limp from my accident which he knew about. We walked past several dealer golf carts. Once I finally got to the finance office after they pulled my credit report 5 separate times without telling me. When I expressed my concerns to the salesman that my credit was pulled so many times he swept my concerns under the rug and told me "that's how it works, you build your credit up and it drops and you build it up again". Somehow the car I financed cost more than the car I bought 4 months ago even though it was the exact same model. I was charged for a new tag even though I had a tag at home, i was supposed to just get a temporary tag and a transfer of my own plate but was issued a new one without being asked. After signing all the paper work I went to walk out to my car and the salesman informed me at that point that there was an issue with a sensor on my brand new car and it would be a 4 hour fix. Not once while I was signing anything was I told about the sensor, they waited until after I signed and paid to let me know that I would not be getting the car I just purchased. The salesman advised me that it would be a four hour fix after fixing the sensor and the update it would be brought to me first thing Monday morning. On Monday I received a text message confirming the address where to deliver my car and was told it was on the way. A few hours later the salesman messaged me and let me know that the delivery driver had to go pick up another envista for a different customer and my car wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday or Wednesday. After my husband had to fight with the manager who apparently knew nothing about anything that was going on he advised that the driver didn't have to pick up another car but that my car needed an update even though the salesman had texted me first thing Monday morning that everything was ready and my car was done. It is extremely frustrating that my husband had to call and speak to the manager to get anything done since apparently myself, a woman, was completely disregarded and talked down to. It was also frustrating that once the dealership received my financing I was pushed to the back of the line and all that they cared about was getting another sale not the customer they already had. After buying my first car from this dealership and same salesman I though this would be an easy transition into another car. I made arrangements ahead of time to go to the dealership on this day, drove over an hour there and still ended up waiting 6 hours just to be told my car was not ready. I will never be purchasing another vehicle from the dealership ever again. More
Good job by Tony in explaining what service would be done. He came to the waiting room to tell me what I needed to be done. He saw me out to the car and told me to come back. done.
