Finance showed me some other options also. With no pressure to purchase them. Service has been the most helpful. Always friendly no pressure to do more work. They will ask about other service that the car needs to keep it maintained to the highest standard. Again you the customer decides. I can very highly recommend this dealership for purchase, finance, and service. More

Anna and Idetthe are an amazing team! ! I've been emailing back and forth with Anne for two months now trying to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully ready to comm ! I've been emailing back and forth with Anne for two months now trying to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully ready to commit to my first NEW car and my first car payment. I had to make sure it was the RIGHT ONE and Anna was so patient and quick to respond every time! When I finally arrived for my appointment, I was scheduled with Idetthe, and she made everything so quick and easy. She took me on two different test drives, answered all of my questions, and sat with me while I re-did my loan approval after deciding on a different car than the one I'd come in expecting to buy (because I fell in love unexpectedly with a different one)! I've heard of and dealt with really pushy or impatient dealers before who are just after the sale but every step of the way these girls made it really feel like it wasn't about the sale, it was about putting me in the car that fits me, my budget, and my lifestyle. I'm so happy with my purchase and with the way I was treated as a customer. Thank you both :) More
I’ve brought my Cadillac here for service for four years. However, since new ownership I leave with a laundry list of repairs needed. I do understand as a car gets older additional maintenance is necessary However, since new ownership I leave with a laundry list of repairs needed. Yet, if I chose not to do a recommended repair it is not mentioned in follow-up appointments, leading me to believe it is not really needed but just a way to increase my bill. It is just a revolving list of repairs. The staff that I have worked with over the years have always been friendly and nice though. Receiving a loaner car has definitely been a great perk. However, I struggle to trust what I am being told. More

Since it was going to take a couple of days, they gave me a loaner which was greatly appreciated. The whole team makes the experience of getting on oil change to repairs an actual enjoyable experience. There aren't enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude to whole service team. I do miss seeing the Cannon Family though. More
