Only thing that got me was that they don’t rotate after market wheels. Which was never told me before and I’ve been there a couple times now, and the fact that I was charged the last time I went for a rota market wheels. I never received any paperwork at the end of service, the computers were down but I guess they were supposed to give me something because a lady called me a couple days after to clarify what work they did and told me they should have. Service technician does not know how to troubleshooting brake issues. It's obvious that the brakes squeak and it needs repairs. Dimmitt Cadillac identified the warped rotor issue in 10 minutes and requires brake issues. It's obvious that the brakes squeak and it needs repairs. Dimmitt Cadillac identified the warped rotor issue in 10 minutes and requires us to replace the front rotors when this should of been identified in the CPO checklist. Now we are out over $800 when this should of been resolved in yeh CPO checklist. More

I was having problems with my tire pressure. It was showing below average on the left rear tire. Suddenly it was showing 54 psi. When I got to the dealer it was showing 64 psi.
