The service department actually listens to customers and does their best to help resolve the issue. They helped me to get the radio replaced and did other service on the Outback. The service and the interaction with members of the service department were all smooth, pleasant and efficient. It's an extremely well-oiled operation and a very easy experience for the customer. I have given four stars instead of five because the car wash which was provided was not so great. The car was washed, but not dried in any way, and if I didn't want the windows, mirror, etc full of water spots, I was forced to pull over and dry it . Fortunately, I had a cloth in the car and was able to do so. It would be nice if they would do a quick dry so that the customer can just drive away without the consequence of water spots. More

8 took my car in for a regular service and to check a problem I was having with idiot lights. They fixed it quickly, kept me informed, gave me a rental for the time, and were very professional. It was an overall good experience and I usually hate taking my car in because it can be a hassle and this wasn’t. I am enjoying the Subaru difference. More
