Absolutely love this car! But what made the experience and purchase even better was our salesman, Clark! Such a down to earth, super guy who was able to answer all our questions. We never felt like we were being rushed or pushed into anything until we drove it a couple times. Clark handled this sale with the utmost professionalism but at the same time we got to know him a little on a personal level. It’s so important to establish a relationship to some degree when selling such a big ticket item and we can’t thank Clark enough for being patient and going above and beyond finding and hunting down the car we love! Extremely Helpful!!!!!!!!!!!! We first took my mother, Vivian Pemberton to Cannon Subaru in 2015 so she could lease a 2015 Forrester. We were so impressed by the experience that w We first took my mother, Vivian Pemberton to Cannon Subaru in 2015 so she could lease a 2015 Forrester. We were so impressed by the experience that we returned there this past Friday to turn in that car and for her to lease a 2018 CrossTrek. Mom loved the Forrester and she was so thankful for the quality of the service she received from the dealership. Mom lives in a retirement community and the dealership would pick up her car for routine maintenance. She loved that. On Friday, thanks to Ron LeStourgeon and to Andrea we were able to lease the new car for Mom and for us to purchase the 2015 Forrester she was turning in. Both Ron and Andrea stayed after hours to complete all the paperwork needed in order to complete both deals. While Andrea was working on our paperwork, Ron spent time showing Mom how to operate all the wonderful safety features found in the CrossTrek. A big Thank You to both of them. There was absolutely any type of pressure or silly games. Ron LeStourgeon was our salesman that assisted us all the way. He is very knowledgeable about the car. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership or the car. We just got a little misunderstanding about a set of keys, that I was unaware that they were not part of the deal. My apologies for that issue. They are an amazing team. If you are looking to buy a Subaru, Go there and test drive one of their cars. If you drive one, I am sure that you will buy it. More

The buying experience is good, and the service is mostly good except they charged me work that was not and cannot me performed on one of my cars( I went all the way to the manager and had not received compensation yet 4 months) ,and they won't listen when we say that my wife's car sometimes studders when she is trying to get into traffic. The body shop did a good job on my dodge untill you get close to it. Paint is soso, bolts are missing, the back seat not installed properly, front bumper to bolt. More
