I had been shopping online for a Cadillac XT6 since the end of October. I couldn’t find anything local, so I branched out my search and came across the vehicle I ended up purchasing, which was at Cadillac end of October. It was amazing to me how many of the other Cadillac dealerships never replied to me or maybe replied once, but never followed up with me. The salesman here, Andrew, stuck right with me through the whole process and actually delivered the car to my home which is about an hour and 40 minute drive from the dealership and I never had to go to the dealership. He was a gentleman from start to finish. More

It was my first time in. Making the appointment was not the best experience but when I got to the dealership everyone was friendly and courteous. The service was completed faster than expected which was a nice surprise. The oil change and rotation was more than I wanted to spend and my car did not get a complimentary wash or vacuum. I was expecting at least that for spending over 100 for a basic service. For all those reason, I give my experience an average rating. More
