I’m a little upset with the staff they had in the morning shift. Nobody greets you the moment you walk in. I walked in not knowing where the service area was until I had to asked somebody. Something else that dissatisfied me was that once my car was ready I went back to the same person but I had to wait until she was done with her conversation with other three employees. We had outstanding service with very nice professional folks that went out of their way to help.
