Car started smoking on the way home from getting the oil changed and pulled over. Oil was pouring out of the car from the oil plug due to a failed crush washer. They came out to the car and tightened the oi changed and pulled over. Oil was pouring out of the car from the oil plug due to a failed crush washer. They came out to the car and tightened the oil plug and added oil. Car was driven back to the dealership where they pressure washed the under side of the car and reset the warning lights. They said no was damage was done but we will see how long until I start having engine problems or gasket seal leaks. This is the second time I had issues with service. More

I was pleased with my service but when I bought this car 4 years ago I purchased a warranty on tires,etc. that was good for 5 years. I have a all dent in the hood that I shoukd have been covered under this 4 years ago I purchased a warranty on tires,etc. that was good for 5 years. I have a all dent in the hood that I shoukd have been covered under this warranty but after being sent to another dealership down the road and told they only do body work and that this is paintless dent repair that Subaru should take care of it. So I called the dealership back and they said no they do not. Basically I paid almost $100 for a warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on!! I doubt that I will buy my next Subaru at this dealership!! More

I throughly wanted to enjoy my car buying experience, to be seen, heard and appreciated. My hopes were apparently to high. The sales man verbally told me the price of a vehicle, the next day when I went to be seen, heard and appreciated. My hopes were apparently to high. The sales man verbally told me the price of a vehicle, the next day when I went to sign the paperwork the price of the car was over $1k more than what he told me the day before. When I mentioned this he said i misunderstood him, he indeed told me the correct price the day before. I know exactly what he told me because I wrote it down and it was in my budget. He also lied about my deposit saying it was refundable then the next day said it wasn't and i wouldn't get it back. I want to trust that other's are honest, well this sales person fell vastly short of that wish. More
