*Always great service in the service department! !* Okay okay, I already think highly of the Antelope Valley Subaru service department but today especially they went above and beyond. I was waiting !* Okay okay, I already think highly of the Antelope Valley Subaru service department but today especially they went above and beyond. I was waiting for my Subaru to finished being serviced and I noticed the Service Manager, Tina, come out and give a customer a cute WRX dog toy because they had their dog with them. It was so cute, I decided to ask her if they were for sale, and she proceeded to tell me that they aren’t, but that they give them to the customers who come in with their dogs. She asked if I have a dog and I showed her photos. We talked about our dogs for a moment and she then went in the back to see if there were more toys so that she could give me one for my dog! She was literally so sweet and kind… and the toy is so cute! Thanks Tina for making my pups day with the “Chewbaru WRX toy.” I just love the people who work at AV Subaru service. Jerry and Nicole have ALWAYS been great, and now this… they are just great people. Thanks AV Subaru! More
Dropped by the dealership on a whim after not being able to find other dealerships in the Lancaster CA area with ample stock of new vehicles. My family was desperate to buy a car immediately due to a family to find other dealerships in the Lancaster CA area with ample stock of new vehicles. My family was desperate to buy a car immediately due to a family member being placed that day on end-of-life care at a medical hospice center out of town. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vehicles on the lot at the facility, the professionalism of the staff, and the very reasonable price quote that we received. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
What a lousy, xxxxty, dishonest dealership. In October sold me (dumped on me) a pre owned Outback and in about a month it began violently lurching and making metallic bang. Check engine light came on and sold me (dumped on me) a pre owned Outback and in about a month it began violently lurching and making metallic bang. Check engine light came on and dashboard lights blinking and lightning up. They said it and been checked out by their Subaru technicians before selling it to me and was mechanically sound. Had it Towed to Kirby Subaru, my local Subaru Dealer and turns out they sold me an absolute piece of crap. Boots torn, leaking fluid from steering pump, dirty fluids, dead battery, torn rear wiper, torn end link boots, etc. Needing 7k plus in repairs and grossly dangerous to drive with transmission failing. Tried repeatedly emailing repeatedly to sales manager Waseem Shala and the General Manager Sean Homayoun starting 12/5 to see what could be done as my car is unsafe to drive. Sean Homayoun completely ignored emails and Waseem told me they were “pulling the file”. It’s now 12/23. Seriously the xxxxtiest dealership I’ve ever come across in my. Run away from this xxxx hole and take your business elsewhere. More

Drove +8 hours round-trip to view a car I was hoping to purchase only to be turned back around because the keys could not be found. I made sure to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment prior to ma purchase only to be turned back around because the keys could not be found. I made sure to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment prior to making the trip. I specified which car I was interested in and they ensured me it'd be no problem, come on in. I was originally slated to view a separate car at a different location but cancelled those plans in hopes of purchasing the car of interest at this dealership, which I noticed had a fair amount of positive reviews. After being told the keys had been misplaced (only after making the trip there), I was given the choice to wait it out and see if they would turn up... I took a lunch, and returned a couple hours later only to have the guy I was dealing with, Jeff, text to tell me he had a family emergency and would be leaving for the remainder of the day- however, I found that because of a limit on employee scheduling due to covid, his daily shift had come to a close. Why he didn't mention his scheduling from the start knowing we'd had an appointment is beyond me... Fortunately the second gentleman was much more proactive and thorough. UNFORTUNATELY, however, no keys could be produced and we ultimately had no choice but to go home. Now, my real issue is that it's been 6 days now and I have not received a single phone call (or text, which the employee, Jeff, seemed fond enough of at the time). I was hoping for some kind of follow up... Not sure why no one's called to touch base since I'd made it clear of my interest in making a purchase from the very start. I have now called back twice. Twice I've been told I'd receive an immediate call back, and still I've heard nothing. Looks like car is no longer available, to boot... what a lousy way to do business. What a total disregard for ones time. A very disappointing experience altogether. More

We were treated with utmost respect - a much different buying experience than we are used to for used cars. We purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback. There were a few scratches and a window chip, but the dealer was excellent at getting this all fixed on their own before selling it. They didn't try to push all the "extras" on you and were very accommodating. Nathan H. and the sales manager Wes S. are not your normal salesman, they truly care about helping you out and are not in the business of "nickel and diming" their customers. Even after the car was sold, they would follow up with me to make sure everything was OK. More

I made it maybe 3 weeks before my oil light came on and took it to get my oil changed. 1 day later, it is on again. I take it to a weekend mechanic and he adds FIVE quartz of oil. Two days after, the light is on.. AGAIN. I take it so another shop who gives me a technical service bulletin that SOA put out that my particular car (plus many other subaru models) have excessive oil consumption, only the warranty is for 100k miles/8 years. Subaru sold it to me with 125k miles so automatically the warranty is expired for me. I take it to Subaru and inform them of this and they change my oil and add dye to see if there's a leak and not even two days after my car completely breaks down on the freeway leading me to have it towed for a lot of money. Subaru director and GM continuously called me a Liar and said the car is fine for days so I finally have a subaru mechanic go on a test drive with me. we do not make it more an 1 mile before it stalls out and breaks down with the tech inside the car with me. The engine light comes on, plus so many other lights and I lose power and control of the car. They looked with the black light and there is no oil leaks to be found. We make it back to Subaru dealer where they tech vouches for me and I only get silence. The director of Service dept completely disappears and refuses to take my calls or meet with me. I speak with the GM who said there is nothing they can do because it was sold 'as is', which I understand but there is NO ownership of the problems. I was sold a car that DOES NOT WORK. The only option I was given was an up-trade Honda Civic with 118k miles for $15k. I bought my original Impreza for $10k so I'm understanding they are trying to play me again. They said I can take their Civic or replace the engine for $8k-10k out of my pocket. Subaru has taken no ownership for anything and refuses to help in any way. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SUBARU TO ANYONE. This has been the worst experience of my life and I plan to spread the word about this miserable service for as long as I can. More
