Not happy with service. Maybe if we would of purchased a New GM model, this might of faired out better. First oil change, oil plug gasket was pinched, oil leaked all over garage floor after we got home, no New GM model, this might of faired out better. First oil change, oil plug gasket was pinched, oil leaked all over garage floor after we got home, no damage to engine. Took back and was fixed. Second time, lug nut covers where broken and thrown away, we were not told until I went back in. Replaced them ourselves. Third time, we received our vehicle back from oil change, the low tire pressure light came on. So I went to take off the valve stem covers, only to find out they WOULD NOT come off. They were corroded to the valve stem, which tells me the service department never checked our tire pressure for at least 3 oil changes, and never told us. Requested car be washed and swept out...well it got washed. I did let the service department know the first 2 times. More

Had a ruff start. Started off with Gary Forman in body shop, then he left abruptly, then Cad Forman and then Russ. Had a loaner from Gary but within 2 days a/c went out and had to bring it back, and I’d shop, then he left abruptly, then Cad Forman and then Russ. Had a loaner from Gary but within 2 days a/c went out and had to bring it back, and I’d just put $15.00 of gas in it so I lost that, spoke with Chad and he got me a different loaner. I had no idea you’d be driving my vehicle to Honda in Fort Wayne so I was surprised and shocked about that.i pick my vehicle up and a different person was manager. That constant change was a little unsettling. All in all everyone was nice. More

Excellent Service The gauge on my dash indicated that my right front tire pressure was down to 11 psi. I immediately drove to Stykemain Chevrolet. I pulled into the service area and they took care of my problem. They had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. They found a screw in the tire, removed it and plugged the hole. More
