Stykemain Chevrolet in Paulding was the only Chevy dealer in a 100 mile radius of my home that had the equipment to replace the Chevy Bolt batteries under a recall. The mechanic even took time to explain the procedure to me in detail and we even chatted awhile about electric vehicles. Very friendly staff and very professional. More

When I got my estimate I was in and out and did not get any surprise fees at the end which told me he knew what he was doing. I had to wait about 3 - 4 months but no fault of the dealership, the parts took any surprise fees at the end which told me he knew what he was doing. When I got a call that I could bring it in I had just had knee surgery and was going to have the neighbors drop if off but forgot and the dealership volunteered to pick it up n brought it back when it was done. I have never had body work done before but the front end of my van looks brand new. I m extremely happy with the job they did!!! More

I was there to have an oil change done. While there, I had asked if I could get help snapping my door panel back on. Worse service I have ever had! Didn’t do everything I asked and rental had low tire with headlight out! Took 3 weeks and nobody acknowledged me when I arrived!
