Took my car in because back end didn't seem right,took it in on a Friday got back Monday 1.63 for a nut 70 something bucks for service also asked if they can look at the car can hear metal on metal,had new b in on a Friday got back Monday 1.63 for a nut 70 something bucks for service also asked if they can look at the car can hear metal on metal,had new brakes,rotors and what ever early in the yr. Haven't used the car not much at all,the whole yr they said. They couldn't hear anything they fiqured that the bolt fixed it. NOPE drove down to Ace hardware.and turned around to go back and have someone to listen to it but the guy who work on my car left for the day,and Service manager gone all week,then I asked is someone else could listen to the car lady said there all out to lunch,and I turned my head and saw a mechanic I put my head down and walked out the door.pretty Sad.And was planning to by my next Vehicle from you,My husband my Step Daughter did my future son in law did. But But NOT ME! More
