My first visit for service on my vehicle was phenomenal. The second visit I just completed was not so much. I had a 1030am Appt for an oil change. Dropped car off at 1015am. By 145 pm I hadn't heard from anyone so I called they said they were finishing up. Took me about 15 min to arrive my car was still on the lift. She said sorry we got a little behind. I don't think 4 hrs is a little behind I think they forgot my car. So I had to wait another 10 min or so they pulled my car around. I asked cashier if I can pay they hadn't given her the ticket. She went to look for the ticket for several minutes. Came back never even acknowledged the four hour wait time or anything. Disappointed. I will return as I know things happen but a call would have been nice maybe even a little discount or acknowledgement that it was inconvenient or something. More

It is a long drive to the dealership but the sales person was readily available for our appointment. The car was exactly as described and they offered me a good price for my trade in. Getting to the number was readily available for our appointment. The car was exactly as described and they offered me a good price for my trade in. Getting to the numbers was amazingly quick and no hassle. My trade in is a 2014 and not keyless. I have to admit the keyless and the key fobs were a frustrating adventure. The fobs are unique in they are programmed to the customization of the driver. In hind sight it would have been good for to set them to "reset to dealer" settings before I started trying to use them. The fob battery went dead which further complicated things. I have now overcome the battery issue and after exactly one week, begun to program the fob to open the driver door when I touch the handle. It's a new world and I'm optimistic this learning curve will take me to an enjoyable experience with my "new" car. Changing to keyless may have been less difficult if I knew the keys were unique to driver 1 and driver 2. In summary the Dealership was the easiest no hassle process I have ever experienced.
