My wife and I came in to LOOK at a truck. I wasn’t necessarily looking to trade my truck in for a newer one. We talked to Eli. He asked what we were looking at and we told him. We took the tr I wasn’t necessarily looking to trade my truck in for a newer one. We talked to Eli. He asked what we were looking at and we told him. We took the truck for a test drive. He asked if we minded if they looked at our current truck while we drove the new truck. When we got back he went over everything and answered all of our questions. We liked their offer and called our bank. We bought the truck that day. Eli was AMAZING! NO HAGGLING. And most importantly, to me, ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. NONE. Because it was later in the evening we didn’t drive our truck home that night. We completed all the paperwork then returned the next afternoon to a detailed newer truck. Brock, in service, is great as well. He called me a few days later to let me know that some parts for a certain electrical components were finally available and we scheduled an appointment. He was professional, polite and explained everything. I’ve never bought a new Chevrolet before. The was the first and I must say, so far so good. I just may be driving “Bow Ties” from here on out. Eli made this too easy. It was so nice to not be haggled or pressured. When I look to purchase a new vehicle I will absolutely come back and talk to Eli. I’m can’t say enough good things about him.
