Everyone was great, no problems after the sale, and their service department is awesome. Did have an issue with floor mats in service, and found if you holler, scream, and shout you aren't going to get too far with any help. Calmed down and explained I was frustrated, and received the help I expected and saw the issue from a different perspective that made sense. Seems like a lot of people below are just quick to vent. While sitting with one of the s COMPLETE JOKE! Went in only wanting to look and made it clear and instantly forced buying a vehicle down my throat. While sitting with one of the salesmen, the sales GM drove my van to do a trade in appraisal. He came back to question me about if my van has an issue over heating or smoking? It doesn't, so my husband and I are clearly concerned. We go look and under the hood is radiator fluid EVERYWHERE. He claims that this has to have been an existing issue because he only drove 100 yards. Well my van has never leaked anything, nor was there any sign of a leak from me driving in and parking in their lot. I asked him if their service department would be able to look at it (because clearly we are a little stuck now) he said he would go talk to them, as we went back inside he went off one direction and we went back to the salesman's office so he could try to sweet talk me into buying vehicle, after talking I asked about my van. It was disregarding and he kept talking about what they needed to do to make the sale.. after more talking I asked a 2nd time about finding out how much to fix van.. disregarded again! So I took the papers and moved to side of desk and demanded they tell me what's going on with my Van. They walked me to the service center and left. Ended up, the sale GM never spoke with them like he said he was going to. Thankfully (I thought) they were able to look at it and fix it. While waiting for repair, we received a video text from sales GM trying to offer more to convince me to buy. When we were notified it was complete, again we were told they would cover the repair charges if I bought a car that night. NO! When I go to pay, it's quite more than I was told it would be and had to point it out and get them to fix it. Surprisingly they did. I get this issue very easily could happen at anytime, but it seems awfully fishy that I've had zero problems with my van, then salesman drives it and all the sudden theres a giant slice in my radiator hose causing fluid to go everywhere when he only drove it 100 yards down the road?!? . This happened on your time, a simple gesture of offering 15% off or a small dollar amount off cost of repair would have been much more assuring than lieing and hiding in your office thinking you made the sale a done deal now that my van has an issue. Their customer service rep called me to ask about my experience. Not to my surprise, he was not aware of the situation. I explained and he said he would see what he could do to not leave a sour taste, I told him I did not want a call back saying they would make me a better deal on a vehicle and I wanted removed from their system. After that he just ended the call with a general fake apology With that, it made it clear all they were going to do was come back to me to make another offer on a vehicle. Few moments later I get a text from sales GM saying the conversation was relayed to him and said "he is disappointed that I feel that way about him and that he was just being by telling me my car was broke".... let's stop being arrogant and realize this isn't about YOU, its how you handled the situation. You know, its called customer service. Also, I don't think you needed to inform me my car was broke, I could tell that by the radiator fluid leaking from everywhere after YOU drove it. And lord knows what was done to it.... it was an expensive lesson learned, but grateful that I didn't purchase a vehicle or I'm sure it would be a way worse mistake!! Do not let them drive your trade in without going with them!!! Or just avoid them period!! Gathering from others, this their normal manner of business. They don't even deserve 1 star. More

They dont keep their word, once they have your money they could care less about anything that they promised. The owner is RUDE. We got off to a bad start which was just really strange and then he was just vindictive after that and over ruled any promises made by the sales person. My suggestion...go somewhere else. Bad radiator upon arrival home! No service after the sale! READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BUSINESS! As others have stated, the service before the sale is excellent. After the sale howev READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BUSINESS! As others have stated, the service before the sale is excellent. After the sale however, it is a total different experience. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and upon arrival to my home, I smelled what I believed to be engine coolant. I actually thought I smelled it in on the lot but wasn't certain at that point. I checked the reservoir when I arrived home and it looked full so I assumed there was a slight spillage as the vehicle was serviced. After a period of a week or two however, the reservoir was low and I had to make another trip to the dealership (90 min drive each way) to sign a finance form they forgot to have me sign. I asked ahead of time to have my vehicle looked at and they agreed to do so. When I got there to sign the papers and have the car inspected, the service tech checked me in and I asked if I would incur a charge. I got the runaround and finally he talked to sales which agreed to pay for the diagnostic fee. The tech informed me the vehicle was under warranty and proposed I take it to a Chrysler dealership. They didn't even inspect the vehicle. $105 later, the Chrysler dealership confirmed a leaky radiator and informed me the radiator is not covered under power train and I was looking at a $800+ repair bill (radiator and system flush). I am 100% convinced this leak was there when I purchased the car. I sent an email to Lyndi explaining my situation and she forwarded it to the owner - Joe Stykemain himself. Joe offered me 3 options to rectify the situation - NONE of which made sense to me. 1) He offered me approximately $600 discount on a care plan (extended warranty) that he estimated typically runs about $2200. - so I would pay the dealership around another $1600, and have a $100 deductible to get my car fixed. There is a major problem here: I'm out $1600 and it is likely fraudulent to use the care package when I am aware a problem exists when I buy it. 2) He offered me 25% on the repair cost of the vehicle but specified the work MUST be done there. The repair was estimated at $700 (radiator replacement only) by them and the service manager Mike initially reduced the price by $83. $83 is NOT 25% of 700. I pushed back and they reduced the price to $500. I can get it done locally for $500 so there was no benefit to drive 3 hrs round trip. 3) - I asked Joe for a deal or to work with me on the replacement radiator. I figured I would do the work myself if I had to. Mike quoted me $328.73 after tax for a radiator. Again, the first quote was inaccurate. He is the service manager - How can he keep getting this wrong? I called a Chrysler dealership and they quoted me $224 plus tax for an OEM radiator. After an email to Joe, he said it was a mistake and the radiator should have been around $153 but it was an Autozone radiator and admitted that was at his cost. There was no discount and there was no deal! in fact, they tried to double the price initially! I was done. I asked Joe to simply ship me the radiator to make this right and leave me with a feeling he was investing in this and he flat out refused. He also admitted he was absolutely unwilling to put any money towards the part. Keep in mind that it is a $153 part for a car purchase of over 20K and I even purchased the gap insurance along with it. The only thing I asked of him was to provide a $153 par! Surely the owner can spare that but alas he refused. The way I see it, every one of those options only put more money into his pocket and took advantage of my situation. If the parts are marked up 2 fold - he was likely still making money at the 25% shop repair discount as well. On top of all of that - I am still awaiting the dealership to send me the check they owe me for 1% of the sales tax. It's been a month since I purchased the car. I do have emails to prove every single bit of this as well, I can back all of this up 100% and would be happy to. Please do not be the person that allows this guy to get away with this type of customer service. There are other dealerships out there - buyer beware! Hands down the worst car buying experience I ever had. More
