Worst service department I've ever been to. I had to have the same repairs like 5 times because they didn't repair it right the first time. Everyone knows that ounce an engine overheats enough I had to have the same repairs like 5 times because they didn't repair it right the first time. Everyone knows that ounce an engine overheats enough to pop the head gasket the block should be decked. This happened four years ago and here we are 5 turbo and 5 head gaskets later. Ive had to get another car because of this. I think they messed up Deliberately. Chris Fury and all of his mechanics should be fired. And they haven't made contact either it's been a month. More

Feb 6th I bought a used 2012 Nissan from Stuteville. There were chips of paint out of the bumper and I asked the salesman if the car had been hit. He told me no and would have it touched up with paint in the shop. After the rear end started knocking loudly a couple of days after I bought it I ordered a Carfax report. Carfax reported a front end impact in November. I had to go pick up the title and paperwork myself after it hadn't been sent to me in 2 weeks. I asked about the $892 extended warranty I purchased and was told it would be 30-45 days before I received it. I told the office and service desk that I had purchased the warranty and the car needed to go into the shop because of the knocking. Service told me they wouldn't honor the warranty until I had the card in hand. This was a terrible car buying experience and I am very unhappy with Stuteville Ford. I would never go back to them because they are not truthful and they sell me a warranty that can't be used....my "previously wrecked" car is now parked for at least a month or whenever I get my warranty card. And...the touch up paint didn't even match, it looks worse than it did before. More
