Long wait even with appointment for simple oil change. Quality of service work is good, but if you buy a vehicle there expect long waits when you use your two free oil changes at the service side. Had appointment time and still waited almost 2 hours. Service worker said the free oil changes are not made a priority compared to someone paying for repairs.
