Ford Fusion Recall Was told that the repair would take approximately one hour but I was pleasantly surprised when it took considerably less time. The young lady who I met at the service desk was courteous and helpful. The waiting room was neat and clean. The overall experience was very satisfactory. 2018 Ford Explorer Vehicle was completed in 45 minutes. The service tech at the counter was very kind, courteous, and friendly. Good example of a great employee. good results My check engine light was on. The initial appointment did not diagnose the problem. At this time the coolant was topped off and the battery in the key My check engine light was on. The initial appointment did not diagnose the problem. At this time the coolant was topped off and the battery in the key fob was replaced at no charge. The computer had diagnosed battery and coolant issues. They recommended I buy a new battery. I did that with my local mechanic. Almost immediately the check engine light came on again. At the next visit a part was diagnosed as needed and ordered. When the part came in I returned to the dealer. Each trip is about a 40 min. drive for me. My husband picked me up and we left for a few hours. After driving home and another stop, the light was back on. This time the car was needed for "at least half a day". I elected to stay at the garage because of the inconvenience of anyone picking me up. At the end of half a day, the car had been torn apart and another part ordered. The car needed to stay. No loaner car was available which resulted in my husband coming for me. The mechanic also was driving my car to his home and back the next day after he had fixed it. My somewhat annoyed attitude is a result of 3 things. 1. no loaner car that would have alleviated the drive to and from for my husband. 2 the mechanic driving it on snowy roadways resulted in a filthy car with an empty gas tank. I would have greatly appreciated the car being washed and 3. some gas in the tank. Will I continue to deal here? Yes More

Unprofessional Overall my time at the service center was very difficult, cumbersome, and time consuming. The last experience was particularly terrible. To begin, the repairs prior to this particular date took over two weeks-when I was told it would take one day. When I went to pick up the car, my middle console didn't work. After two weeks there was still an issue. When I went into speak to someone about resolving this issue, I wasn't greeted. I also had to deal with the attitude and lack of concern or compassionate from the receptionist. She was very indifferent to my concern and said the only option was to reschedule for a later date. Mind you this already took two weeks for other repairs. Nothing with that car should've been wrong additionally after having said car for over two weeks! This other employee chimed in and basically said I didn't need any of that stuff anyway. He affirmed I didn't need my radio or anything with that console anyway and I could use that time to "focus". I really don't see how this input was helpful. The comments and overall attitude was unprofessional and rude. I purchased my vehicle from Stuckey Ford in July of 2018 and have had a growing number of problems. Also, I don't feel comfortable returning to the service center. I borderline feel harassed. I also made a complaint with one of the managers and they have yet to get back to me. They said they will call. The collision center was great. Everyone at the collision center was awesome and kind. They even apologized for the delay in the repairs that took place over there. However, the service center is always a hassle and cluster to deal with. Overall I am disappointed. I don't like to complain, but I felt very mistreated as a customer and disrespected. More
