It was everything we expected! On top of that, Ken was awesome! There was no pressure. When we arrived, Ken put us in the car and set us loose. He stayed at the dealership while we tested the car. It was so nice to get a feel for the car without the pressure of a sales person in the back. When we were done, we had a real idea of how we felt about the car. It really helped seal the deal!
