Not happy Mechanics broke fuel line while replacing filter therefore I had to leave my truck overnight, costing me another trip to the dealership on Sat. Mechanics left greasy handprints all over the front of my truck and footprints on the bumper. Receptionist seemed annoyed that I wanted my truck cleaned up. It may be just another truck in there but it is a large investment for me and I take pride in it. Also discovered after getting it home that the rims are now nicked up die to tires being rotated. I expected better from a dealership. More

Upon picking up my vehicle I was running late and was going to be getting to the Quick Lane service center minutes before they were closing. I spoke with a young lady, I believe her name was Cassie. She was very polite. She took the time to explain the bill, all attached paperwork and how to apply for any rebates that may apply to my service. They also detailed my vehicle during this service. I was VERY please with the overall experience and everyone I dealt with during this service. More
