Worst experience of a new vehicle break down ever in my 52 y I purchased a new 2012 Nissan murano from this dealership. 2 months ago it broke down with less than 9500 miles on it, in my driveway in Emporium pa. I purchased a new 2012 Nissan murano from this dealership. 2 months ago it broke down with less than 9500 miles on it, in my driveway in Emporium pa. I called the 800 number for roadside assistance only to be told I had to pay to have my vehicle towed, at my expense and would be reimbursed up to 400$ after the vehicle was repaired. 1st of all I have in my 50 plus years had several new vehicles, mainly Toyotas, and Fords, but this time we decided to purchase a Nissan. I have also had new cars break down in the past, but never ever had to pay out of my own pocket for anything? Still don't get the idea of paying for something that doesn't work. After I got the vehicle repaired, the dealership said they had to submit my receipts to Nissan for my "reimbursement ", what a joke. Not only did I have to wait over 2 months, I also find out they will only reimburse me 250$, not the 400$ plus I had to pay to get it towed??? What's wrong with that picture? After my extended and lengthy discussions with this dealership, all in vain, I have been told to just swallow the 150$ and except the loss! I asked to speak to the owner, but he's not in! I can't tell you to not buy a Nissan, or from this dealership, but I for one am completely finished with this sorry car maker and especially this dealership. Tried to do the right thing but got dumped on.. I'd like to give them their car back if I could. Signed by all in!!!!! More
Because the visit was a pleasant experience, beside construction. We were greater by Cathy, by pardon our mess & told us were we could wait. He did his best to explain our question as it was pertaining to our bad gas milage.While we were waiting were we contemplating the purchase of a 2014 trading our 2013. The most knowlegeable and personable mechanic I've dealt with. He took me step-by-step through everything he did and answered all of my questions. Considering he was called in because of another mechanic had called off, and his backlog was significant for a Saturday, he was professional and efficient. The guy deserves a raise, regardless of how much he makes! Ernie was helpful in the entire process, considering I only made the appointment on the Thursday (2 days in advance)! Well done guys. More

I believe that the gentlemen that waited on me was named Steve. He is a very nice person. He has a very pleasant personality and makes sure you have what you need before you leave and that you are satisfied Steve. He is a very nice person. The guys in the back are wonderful...they noticed that my inspection was going to run out at the end of the month and asked if they could do the inspection while I was there. That saved me from having to make another trip in less than a week and kept me from getting a ticket as I didn't know it was about to run out. I brought my Nissan versa in for 60 month service and for state inspection. Although I did not have an appointment, the service manager STEVEN HOWELL worked me in and completed the services needed. Needed parts and my options were discussed with me before being performed. Also, a lighting problem I noticed that morning before coming to the shop, was checked and repaired during my visit. Everyone there treated me with respect and in a friendly manner. This time, and always, I have been completely satisfied with my experiences at this dealership. More
