HORRIBLE customer service! !! They sold us a car that did not pass emissions so a week after we took it home, they called and said we needed to bring the car back because it did !! They sold us a car that did not pass emissions so a week after we took it home, they called and said we needed to bring the car back because it didn’t pass and without it passing, they could not register it. After we got the car back, the radio didn’t work. They said it was because it needed a code, that they didn’t have so asked me to get on eBay and buy another radio. Not my job. After we finally got the radio fixed, we discovered a tail light trim piece was missing. They again asked me to get on eBay and buy one. At that point I said no, YOU get on eBay and order it. Again, not my job. That was almost a year ago. Every time I ask about it, I get the run around because every person I have worked with has quit so no one ever knows what I’m talking about. I went to the dealership yesterday to talk to a manager, Daniel, wondering when on earth my trim piece would be ordered. He of course knew nothing about it. I also asked him about a small fix on the center console, since we bought the bumper to bumper warranty and his response was flippant and rude “ well I can’t rebuild the whole car for you”. Not at all what I asked but yet he even repeated it again and at that point I said ummmm, did I ask you to rebuild my whole car?? It’s the center console. He shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like, welp, nothing I can do. He was absolutely useless, curt, condescending and honestly I was shocked he was in a management position. He told me he was going to look into ordering the trim piece and would have an answer for me by the time i left the dealership. I never heard from him so I texted his boss and he said that Daniel said had told me he would call me the moment it arrived. THAT WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. Daniel never said that but was trying to cover his xxx. Word to the wise…take your business elsewhere. These guys will tell you anything just to sell you a car. Oh one more thing…the salesman told me that when I picked up the car after the whole emissions fiasco that it would be detailed to look like it was a new car. LIE. It was vacuumed and wiped down at best. Strong VW talks a big talk but they will not even come close to living ip to their promises. More
