They also provided the right balance between patience and reality (in terms of adjusting the price) in order to get a fair price. Even at the very beginning of my engagement, I had some logistical problems getting my car to their shop and they extended their network of towing services and mechanics to make sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. They take their work seriously and have fun while doing it and made the buying process easy for us. They were honest, showing us all aspects of the car and gave us a chance to test drive it to verify what we saw on paper and in the showroom.
