Left in the cold after the sale. I went to this dealer to see a car that I had seen online. All of the vehicles are nicely displayed and clean. A couple days later I noticed some needed accessories were missing, so I contacted the salesman and explained the situation and was told he would get back to me, but never did. Very disappointing. Excellent Experience ! I found out about Streetside Classics due to another review I was reading about another local consignment company. I decided to give them a call after I found out about Streetside Classics due to another review I was reading about another local consignment company. I decided to give them a call after looking at their website and looking over all of the positive reviews about the Tampa location. When I called on the phone Scott picked up and I told him all about my car and that I wanted to talk to someone about consigning it. Dave the consignment manager was not in at the time but Scott took a lot of time with me on the phone and explained not only the process but told me all about the company and that the car that I had the company had experience in selling. My car was an AC Cobra and it was my baby and I was really struggling with the decision to sell it. I was contacted by Dave the next day and we made arrangements for me to bring the vehicle down to their facility. The day that I came down with the Cobra in the trailer I was met by friendly folks as soon as I walked in the showroom. I asked for Dave and was introduced right away. He told me where to unload and then bring the car into the showroom. He inspected the Cobra and we talked about the market and agreed on a price point to market it at. I was so shocked to get a call from Beth the office manager about a week and a half later to tell me the Cobra had sold. I stood there on the phone in disbelief for a moment because I never expected it to go so fast. We talked for a few minutes and she said she would need the title and they would get my payment off to me as soon as they received it. Everything went perfectly and the Cobra has a new home and I was paid exactly what we had agreed on. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Amazing Experience I can not say enough good things about my experience with Streetside Classics in Tampa. I reached out to them to sell my Bronco. From the get go, ever I can not say enough good things about my experience with Streetside Classics in Tampa. I reached out to them to sell my Bronco. From the get go, everyone was super knowledgeable and pleasant. I ended up having to have my Bronco delivered to them via a transport that Streetside set me up with. I was nervous about that but my Bronco made it to them safely and in the same condition it left my house in. Justin, Brian and Beth were all outstanding in their customer service. Justin never hesitated in calling or texting me back with any concerns or questions. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the whole selling process and getting me the best deal that he could. Beth was so helpful in the selling process and making sure I understood the paperwork side of things as well. My vehicle sold rather quickly due to the amazing pictures and how they presented my Bronco. Can't thank them enough for such a great experience. More
