They opened Tuesday we called and asked about it and they would not stand behind the car. When you are paying high end money for a vehicle you expect to drive a high end car off the lot. I also would expect them to stand by it since we just purchased the vehicle. We had recommended them to several people and immediately revoked that recommendation. When people ask where we purchased the car we immediately tell them and tell them not to purchase a car from them. You don’t know what you’re driving off the lot. Buyer Beware. More

Win-Win This was my first experience with classic car consignment, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The waiting room was spotless and the warehouse where the cars are stored and photographed are tidy and well organized. Rocky Kuzina was my sales rep and he carefully and patiently guided me through the consignment process and followed up with any questions that I had. All totaled, it was about a 30-40 minute process to fill out the paperwork and car description. Once all that was done, the listing and the photos were superb and the vehicle description was brilliantly written! From drop-off to sale, my 1976 Mercury Monarch sold within three weeks for the price I had agreed upon. It was a great not having to list, photograph, and deal with buyers who may or may not show up and want to beat you up on price--all that is done by Streetside--in other words a win-win for both the buyer and seller! I needed to make arrangements to drive from Houston to Ft. Worth, and Jason assured me the car would still be available for my review. My wife and I meet Jason, checked out the Firebird, had it placed on the lift for undercarriage review.... the entire staff was extremely helpful to us, and I made the purchase. Delivering the car to Houston has been delayed by the Hurricane Harvey, but Jason is holding the car for me, until the hwys. in/ around Houston clear up... Wonderful experience !!! More

I'd like to specifically call out Tommy for the groundwork he did to get the information necessary in order to satisfy our Department of Environmental Quality and Department of Motor Vehicles. I recommend Streetside, but caution anyone buying: the cars are on consignment. That should be taken into consideration during any transaction. And though you may run into an issue, it may be that the issue is with the vehicle's actual owner and not Streetside. This was clearly evident in my transaction, and feel Tommy and his team did very well with what they were given. My two biggest star-deleting concerns were 1) the car was advertised as "new" - it was not; the engine was rebuilt, not a crate as clearly advertised, and 2) Streetside had obtained little to no hard-copy information about the car from its owner. Frustrating to say the least, but thankfully the car has a pretty straight forward set up. That said, I enjoyed good communication, as they were consistently available to address questions & concerns, and I appreciated the calm, matter-of-fact demeanor everyone had. It reduced the stress of my odd situation greatly. More
