Excellent customer service I happen to live in Washington State. And have tried to find a needle in a haystack (2015 golf hatchback fully loaded, and a diesel). The car I wanted was located in Texas and Joel and his finance person Micah, walked me through the whole process of buying/financing and shipping the car, and could not have been more helpful. I also believe they are a very honest dealership, so that put me at ease during this process. But, I actually did not buy the car from them only because I was able to find the car closer to home in California and have a son who lives there help with that. So, even though I didn't get the car there, I would not hesitate to work with Joel and this dealership in the future! I truly appreciated all that they did to try and help me get the car I wanted!
