False advertising, poorly managed, not professional and dirt This place is horrible. My son was looking for a few weeks for his first car. Strawberry Road Auto "had" the car he wanted at what we thought was a go This place is horrible. My son was looking for a few weeks for his first car. Strawberry Road Auto "had" the car he wanted at what we thought was a good price. We went in on Friday 6/19 found out that a lot of the cars on their website aren't there or were sold weeks ago. The advertised price on the car we found was around $24000, we later found out that the price was $3000 - $4000 higher because of a protection plan that they do not disclose or include on their website. We would have been paying much more than the car is worth even after interest is included. The office was disgusting, food drinks, papers and trash everywhere. Our sales person was good but some of the staff is very unprofessional. One sales lady seemed to be more concerned with her make up than helping customers, the other was rude to people on the phone, the sales manager was a younger guy (Roger or Robert) was in his office and we heard him saying " xxxx that guy I don't want to sell him a car",there were a lot of inappropriate jokes and comments made in spanish and english so many that my wife was offended and took our daughter to the car. I was going to co sign for my son but after seeing the final price after TTL with that protection plan we decided to go elsewhere.
