Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I would stay away from this dealership. I clicked on a button in the vehicle details page that said " Click here for Today's price" The salesperson Matt, stay away from this dealership. I clicked on a button in the vehicle details page that said " Click here for Today's price" The salesperson Matt, responed quickly and was very nice. Said the car was very nice and they had just gotten it in. He told me he was going to talk to his manager and get me a cash price. He called about 15 minutes later and we went back and forth a couple of times and we ended up with a $1000 discount. That worked for me and we agreed on the price. I gave him my info and said we would wire the money. Over and hour later a manager called me and tried to extort another $1000 out of me. He said they do not negotiate, and the salesperson made a mistake. He said they are losing money on the car and would not lower the price. At no time did the salesperson say they do not negotiate. No where on their website does it say that. Matt apologized, he did not know what was going on. I really feel Matt followed the process he has always done in selling a vehicle. This is not his fault. This type of manager is what gives the car business a bad name. The games and gimmicks that people hate. More
