No return calls, emails or text messages Unbelievable! Found a car on the TrueCar website and contacted the dealership internet salesperson Brandon Sanchez. I'm in CO so we did a FaceTime w Unbelievable! Found a car on the TrueCar website and contacted the dealership internet salesperson Brandon Sanchez. I'm in CO so we did a FaceTime walk trough with him Tuesday morning this week. I told him I wanted it and asked him to send me a buyers order and copy of the 150 point inspection he said they did on the vehicle. I offered him a deposit via text note just after getting off the FaceTime call with him. I have never heard back from him or the main principal Ryan Martin, have left emails, voice mails, text messages and messages with others in the dealership today to get a status on moving the transaction forward. Just got a call from Brandon (claims to be sales manager, not listed on website) says that Cliff did the FaceTime on Tuesday and he says there must be a misunderstanding. He says the total out the door including taxes is $16,XXX, the car was advertised for $11,335 after dealer fees and accessories. These guys are crooks, something about a $3996 additional tax/fees that aren't included in the advertised price, what? I have never heard of such a thing. More
