Again and again Straub's goes above and beyond. Cody Phillips is the ABSOLUTE best. He has taken care of me for years. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle or service. My service appointment was for my 2019 Ford Ranger 4x4. I purchased it another dealership because I just wanted a basic truck. Honda has a Ridgeline and Nissan has a Frontier but did not like either of them. In any case, this is the only time I had not bought a vehicle from Straub's. I like to joke that I helped built the buildings at The Highlands location, Cody and crew always explain what has happened and/or needs to keep an eye on or needs done. Straub's is the BEST.
