I broke down six hours away from home pulled into storms seven am Manny Sslierno opened his door even though they were closed. Told they were booked for the day but said he would see what he could. A little while later came out told me they would look at it I was overjoyed I was totally stuck he figured out a way to get me in. His technician diagnosed the the problem immediately made needed repair very quickly and had me on my way. I can’t over emphasize how much I appreciate what Manny and his guys for me. No help at all Salesman was smug and rude, having sought help for minor issue with vehicle recently purchased from another dealer. When I asked dealer if he had any ideas what I could do, reply was, "should have bought the truck here." That was it. No help at all. Left with a window that wouldn't close and chance of rain.
