This is the second time I have bought a car from this dealer. You must remember I live in Illinois and this dealer is in Indy. Each time the salesman Steve Willett was very, very helpful. Did not and I repeat didnot make me wait long for a trade in price nor a bottom price on what it would cost me for the car I waited. After purchasing the car he spent a lot of time going over all the bells and whistles. Since I live in another state he has been in contact with me to make sure I understand all the bells and whistes. I would also like to point out that approx 8 monhs ago I was in Ohio (with my old Buick) and was having a problem with my front wheel making a loud noise. Contacted Stoops while on the road to Indy, told them the problem and when I arrived they immediately fix the problem so I could continue on home to Illinois. We went to stoops looking for a late model suv with more passenger and cargo space than the SuV we had. We had seen some models on line and were looking in the lot when Joe Manderino began to assist us wit passenger and cargo space than the SuV we had. I like that all the vehichle are unlocked so you can look inside and sit in the seat and get a feel for the vehichle without having to have saleman go get a key and then it isnt what you wanted. Joe let us drive several and even took one home overnight since it was late. Joe explained different options and pros and cons and the next week we decided on the GMC Acadia and it has been a pleasure to drive. Joe spent several hours with us over several diffent visits and we never felt like we were hurried or pressured. All the personel were very friendly and we especially appreciated that our Scottie Dog "Shelby" was also welcome and well recieved by all. The atmosphere is very friendly and no high pressure. Joe stayed late in finalizing the paperwork even tho he had a previous commitment. BIll in the finance dept was very friendly and effecient and answered any questions we had. I could not be happier with the price we paid for our used car. Second, I was given a very fair trade-in value for my car. Finally, I was given exactly the interest rate I requested. (My bank said they would give me 2.9% or match down to 2.5%. I told the dealer if they could go below 2.5% I would go with them and they did!) I was also able to get tinted windows "thrown -in" to the deal and that experience was seamless as well. Steve was honest, upfront and not pushy. He was also very knowledgeable about my vehicle, even though Stoops does not carry new Chevrolets. I was also impressed by the customer service of the financing and used car managers as well. More

Eventhough our credit isn't the best, we were still treated with dignity and respect. Joe worked hard to get our deal approved and didn't give up on us.
